Your body is yours. But it's not you. Don't label yourself by it lest you may end up believing that.

Don't also name it fat; it would be a nice name if it weren't way more than just that.

It's a magnificent vessel. It's alive. It's blood, bones, genes, atoms and chemicals.

Its pain of tears, door of light, transmitter of sound, its also a voice, clearing machine and a beating heart.

It breath tirelessly for you, bears all of your emotions and still get up to serve you every morning like its not burdened hard.

Don't you dare call your body just fat. Call it then brave, lovely, incredible and magnificent.

Cause when you have a gift so great like this, you ought to let your words and actions show how much you appreciate it.
