Lakshmi descended the stairs and the entire family just looked at the beautiful sight. Lakshmi could feel an intense gaze on her and she looked at Rishi and sure enough he was looking at her with awe and wonder. She saw him tear up looking at her and was so touched with this. She came up to him and wiped away the tear making its way through his beard. She too had tears. Both of them were going to be together forever. It was such a special moment. He wiped away her tears and was going to say something.
Lakshmi: Pata hai yehi kahoge ki main rote hue bilkul achi nai lagti.

They sat down for the rituals. Since it was only pheras and sindoor rasam it got done sooner.

After the rituals were done, they took everyone's blessings and there was a small photoshoot with the family members. Then both Rishi and Lakshmi were sent to the room to change into the clothes for the party. They entered the room and Rishi quickly closed the door before anyone else could come in. Lakshmi was oblivious to this and went to remove her jewellery and change. Rishi came and back hugged her. She relaxed in his arms..

Both of them changed in their respective places. Rishi wore a dapper 3 piece suit and Lakshmi wore a pretty saree with a designer blouse with a bold back. Rishi came out and saw her looking in the mirror, adjusting her saree. He looked at her from the back and he felt a rush of emotions and this wasn't just love, it was his primal feelings of lust and admiration for this gorgeous woman standing in front of him beautiful in every sense.
Someone knocked and it broke Rishi's trance. He went and opened the door and saw a makeup artist and hairstylist come in to help Lakshmi with her look for the party. He sat and waited for them to complete.
Once done, the couple of the evening made their way down to the main hall. They looked like a fairytale couple, perfect for each other. Slowly the party gained traction and everyone was having fun. Rishi and Lakshmi were congratulated and celebrated by their family and friends. Soon enough it was time for the couple dance. Rishi took Lakshmi's hand and they danced beautifully and gracefully to the song, Tu thodi der aur teher jaa. Rishi tried to get closer to Lakshmi but there were too many people and he couldn't do anything. Later Lakshmi and Rishi fed each other and everyone had dinner. It was quite late when the party got over.
On reaching home, the doorway was all decorated for Lakshmi's grihpravesh. This time the grihpravesh was done very nicely and Neelam did all rituals very well. She even removed nazar for both of them.
They came in and sat in the living room. Sudeep came to Lakshmi and gave her a gift.
Sudeep: Bhabhiji ye hum sab staff ki taraf se aapke lie ek chota sa tohfa. Shayad aapke layak na ho but hum sab bahot man se laaye hai

Sudeep smiled. They were very happy that their gift was accepted so heartily.
Then since it was late Neelam asked everyone to go their rooms and sleep. Shalu and Bani had also come over with Lakshmi for the night. Neelam asked sudeep to clear the guest room for them. The elders dispersed to their rooms as everyone was very tired.
Rishi was sheepishly trying to send everyone to their rooms so he could be with Lakshmi alone but they were still talking..
Rishi: Acha chalo ab bahot raat ho gyi hai sab thak bhi gye honge ab sone chalte hai.
Shalu: Nai jiju, hum aapko hamari di ko aise nai le jaane denge.

Lakshmi was smiling at this interaction. She was so happy with all this that she was scared uski hi nazar na lag jaye. She did thu thu thu quietly.

Shalu and Bani get happy and let them go. Rishmi go up the stairs and then see Ahana, Devika, Sonia and even Aayush standing at the door.

Rishi gave them his entire wallet and told them he would give them whatever they wanted. He promised watches and whatever gifts they asked for.

Lakshmi blushes, and all these people leave finally letting them be alone.
Rishi quickly picked up Lakshmi in his arms.

Rishi looked at his wife and smiled. And in return Lakshmi yawned but tried to supress it with her hand. Rishi started laughing.

Lakshmi felt guilty that Rishi was expecting something to happen tonight and she couldn't go ahead with it

He then went ahead and untied the knots. Lakshmi was touched. She then took her clothes and went to the washroom to change. Rishi also changed meanwhile in the room. She came back and they lied down together on the bed entangled in each other's arms..
Rishi: Kitna fark hai na kal aur Aaj ki raat me
Lakshmi: Haan kal hum alag hone ke gam me saath the aur aaj zindagi bhar ka saath mil gya
Rishi was happy and hugged her tight. They both slept in each other's embrace.
