Shalu: Arre jiju koi dosti wosti nai hai. Maine bas socha isne to kabhi gaon dekha nai hai kahi akele gum na ho jaye islie iske saath aayi
Lakshmi: Acha haan gaon nai dekha islie gum ho jane ke chakkar me tune haath pakda tha na
Shalu: Di kya tu bhi na. Kuch bhi nai hai aisa. Wo to bas ye pagdandi pe girne wala tha to maine haath pakad lia tha.
Lakshmi: Oh acha to ye baat hai. Acha hai acha hai. Continue
Aayush: Kya continue bhabhi sach sach bolo na Rishi bhai ke sath akele time chahiye islie hume bhej rhe ho. Waise bhi parso se to aap dono akele rahoge to abhi se kyu bekarar ho aap
Rishi hits Aayush's foot as Lakshmi still didn't know about the honeymoon surprise.
Lakshmi: Parso se akele matlab
Aayush: Matlab bhabhi parso wapas jaake apne kamre me akele rahoge na Rishi bhai ke saath
Rishi: Lakshmi tum iski bakwas ko jaane do humlog chalte hai. Shaam ko milte hain ghar pe
Both the couples go their seperate ways. Lakshmi is showing Rishi around when he bumps into someone coming from the front.
Man: Maaf kijiyega Maine dhyan nai dia.
Lakshmi looks at the man and she is surprised and dumbstruck. The man is revealed to be Varun, the guy Lakshmi was supposed to marry.
Varun: Lakshmi tum yaha. Tum gaon wapas aa gyi?
Lakshmi is quiet. She gets nervous and looks here and there. Rishi sees her getting uncomfortable.
The guy sees Lakshmi's mangalsutra and sindoor and gets to know that she is married now..
Varun: Tumhari shaadi ho gyi? Kab hui? Aur tumhara pati kaha hai? Tumhari Chachi ko mil gya tumhare lie koi jaisa wo chahti thi?
Rishi sees Lakshmi's state and decides to intervene.
Rishi: Hi, main hoon Lakshmi ka pati, Rishi Oberoi and you are..
Varun: Main Varun Sood, wo ladka jise Lakshmi ke bauji ne uske lie pasand kia tha aur uski Chachi ne beizzat karke reject kia tha.

Tears come to Lakshmi's eyes and Rishi cannot bear it.
Rishi: Dekhiye Varun ji, mujhe nai pata aapka past but main Lakshmi ko jaanta hoon, wo hamesha sachhai ka saath deti hai. Wo kisi ka bura nai chahti. Agar usse koi galti hui bhi hai to anjaane me hui hogi.
Lakshmi: I am sorry Varun ji. Main uss din bhi aapse maafi maangna chahti thi but bado ke saamne kuch bol nai paayi. Aur wo poora time aisa chal rha tha ki mujhe kuch samajh hi nai aaya ki hua kya. Maine to ek hi saath sabkuch kho dia tha. I am really sorry. Aap please uncle ji aur aunty ji ko bhi meri taraf se sorry bol dijiyega. Main kisi ko dukh nai pahochana chahti thi. Aur jaha tak shaadi ki baat hai jodiyan to uparwale ne bana ke bheji hai na. Shayad meri kismat me Rishi hi tha. Islie hum nai ho paye ek. I hope aap ab narazgi bhool ke aage badh jaenge.
Varun: Dekho Lakshmi jo hua main use bhool to nai sakta but Aaj tumhari maafi se wo beizzati ka gussa jaroor khatam ho gya. Main jaanta hoon ki tum aisi nai ho islie shayad mujhe tumse itni narazgi thi. Khair Jo bhi hua shayad ache ke lie hi hua. Main sach me rab se dua karunga ki tumhe tumhari life me saari khushiyan de. Aur haan bas batane ke lie bata raha hoon apni Chachi ko bata dena gurudware ke sevak ki zimmedari mujhe hi mili hai aur meri shaadi bhi ho chuki hai.
Lakshmi apologises again and then Varun goes on his way. Rishi is looking at Lakshmi and she understands that he has a lot of questions. She had told him so many stories of her village but never talked about her alliance that broke off or the accident in which she lost her parents. Rishi never poked her about her parents' death because he didn't want to see her sad. He saw her mood and decided to head home for the night. They came back and saw everyone was just getting ready for dinner.
Bani: Jiju yaha na gaon me sab jaldi so jaate hai islie dinner bhi jaldi karenge. Fir subah subah jaldi sab uth bhi jaate hai. Main na kal subah aapko kheto me leke chalungi aur hum na kabootaro ko khana khilaenge.
Rishi happily agreed. Everyone had dinner and retired to their rooms. Lakshmi came into the room with a jug of water and kept it on the bedside table. Rishi pretended that everything was okay and that he wasn't bothered by the meeting with Varun, but Lakshmi knew how he must be feeling and how he must be having numerous questions about the encounter. Rishi on the other hand did not want to cause any pain to Lakshmi so he decided to not ask her anything. He wanted to know the whole story but je couldn't hurt her on account of his curiosity.
Lakshmi: Rishi I am sorry.
Lakshmi sat beside him, said this and started crying.
Rishi engulfed her in his arms like a baby and started shushing her
Rishi: Ssshhh Lakshmi, please ro mat. Tumhe pata hai na mujhe tumhare aansu nai pasand. Aur tum kyu ro rhi ho aur kyu sorry bol rhi ho.
Lakshmi: Maine tumhe apna past nai bataya kabhi. Rishi main tumse kuch chupana nai chahti thi, wo bas
Rishi: Main jaanta hoon Lakshmi tum mujhse kuch chupana nai chahti thi, aur main ye bhi jaanta hoon ki tumne mujhse ye baat sirf islie share nai ki kyuki iske baare me sochke tumhe jo dukh hota hai tum usse guzarna nai chahti thi.
Lakshmi looks at him with love, he understood her so well even when she left her feelings unsaid
Lakshmi: Pata hai Rishi aaj ek baat jo kahi na Varun ne wo galat thi, wo bauji ki pasand tha par main ye poore daave ke saath keh sakti hoon ki agar bauji tumse mile hote na to unhe tumse acha koi bhi nai lagta apni beti ke lie. Unki nazar me bhi tum best hote jaise mere lie ho.
Rishi is beaming with pride and hugs her again.
Lakshmi: But Rishi Aaj main tumhe sab batana chahti hoon apne past ke baare me, apna dard apni feelings tumse share karna chahti hoon.
Rishi: Of course Lakshmi I am always here for you. Tum jab chaho jo chaho mujhse share kar sakti ho. Afterall hum life partners hain.
Lakshmi: Bas ek problem hai, agar mere aansu nikle to tumhe bardasht karna hoga kyuki main ye sab baatein nai kar paungi warna.
Rishi: Tumhare lie kuch bhi biwi
They lie down in bed and Lakshmi tells him all about what happened, how the accident happened, all about Varun and his family and how the alliance was broken. She kept crying in between and Rishi consoled her. Rishi decided to tell her about his past with Malishka as well so that they could start with a clean slate. Once Lakshmi told about he past, he narrated his. How he and Malishka were friends ever since they were kids. How in college he asked her out just because everyone around him kept telling him that they both looked like a couple. How he never understood why their relationship was always aggressive and he felt the pressure to always keep Malishka happy. He told her how he didn't understand that love didn't just mean giving in to all your partner's demands whether fair or unfair and it wasn't just about keeping the other person happy at whatever cost it made to oneself. Both of them were very emotionally and mentally exhausted after the conversation. They held on to each other and slept blissfully knowing that they knew everything about each other even the painful bits which had been difficult to share. Their bond was even stronger now.
The next day went about entertaining guests who came to meet Lakshmi as her family was quite popular in the village. Lakshmi also took everyone to look around the village. Sonia and Karishma made faces when kids came to them and went back to the house making an excuse. Neelam was surprisingly enjoying this village trip, and Virendra and Rishi were ecstatic to see her smiling. In the evening, they were in for a pleasant surprise as Gautam had decided to surprise Ahana by coming to see her. He had come along with Vihaan as he was visiting his grandmother in the village. They planned a bonfire setup in the aangan. They had proper punjabi dinner of sarson da saag and makke di roti. Lakshmi taught Rishi the way of breaking an onion with just his hand. Rishi loved all this little fun things he learned about village life. Later they had fun singing old songs near the bonfire and dancing around it. It was getting late so some people retired to their rooms. Only people left were Devika, Vihaan, Ahana, Gautam, Shalu, Aayush, Rishi and Lakshmi. They all started dancing in pairs. They changed partners with the change in song. Lakshmi was dancing with Vihaan, Devika with Gautam, Shalu with Rishi, and Ahana with Aayush. They were all chit chatting and having fun. Only one person was not having fun, Rishi. He was getting jealous seeing Lakshmi dancing with Vihaan although they weren't even dancing close. Sometime later, Vihaan mentioned he and Gautam had to leave as it was really late. Everyone except Rishmi soon left for their rooms. Rishi played a song on his phone and pulled Lakshmi close to him. He held her by the waist, her body sticking to his. Lakshmi was surprised with the proximity.
Rishi: Ye Vihaan tumse itna chipakta kyu hai
Lakshmi: Rishi tum bhi na. Wo to bas mujhse baat kar rha tha hum pehle se friends hai na. Aur hum uski dadi ke baare me baat kar rhe the.
Rishi: Jo bhi hai, mujhe nai pasand mere alawa koi tumhare saath dance kare. Tum sirf mere sath dance Kia Karo.
Lakshmi: Acha ji. Waise ek baat bolu
Rishi: Bolo
Lakshmi: Tum itne cute lagte ho na jab jealous hote ki man karta hai bas zor se tumhe ki...
Rishi: Mujhe ki kya?
Lakshmi realised she was going to say kiss kar loon and had stopped but she had to answer him
Lakshmi: Zor se tumhe kisi tarah se tumhare gaal khichu.
Rishi: Sure bas yehi karna chahti ho tum?
Lakshmi: Ha... haan aur nai to kya
Rishi: Nai mujhe laga tum mujhe zor se kiss karna chahti ho
Lakshmi: Kuch bhi haan Rishi
Rishi: Offo Mrs. Oberoi itna kya sharmana. Tum kabhi bhi mujhe kitni bhi baat kiss kar sakti ho. Tumhe bhi to haq hai.
Lakshmi: Mujhe bhi matlab. Aur kise hai ye haq
Rishi: Meri girlfriends ko aur kise
Lakshmi pouts at the mention of girlfriends..
Rishi takes the opportunity to kiss her lips.
Rishi: Tumhe jealous dekh ke mujhe bhi yehi karne ka man karta hai.
Lakshmi: Rishi pagal ho kya. Koi dekhega to kya sochega. Tum na bilkul besharam hote jaa rhe ho
Rishi: Ab itni khubsurat aur hot biwi ke saath kon besharam nai hoga. Acha biwi ji ab chale upar ya aage kankaryakram yahi shuru Karu
Lakshmi hits him and runs inside. Rishi goes behind her locking the door to their room. Once inside he grabs her by the waist and pulls her awfully close. They start to make out. Rishi is still not sure how far he can go so he stops after sometime. Lakshmi finds it odd but is not able to understand why Rishi would do that. They sleep cuddling each other as they had to leave the next day.
Next morning at the breakfast table, Neelam says she has a surprise for Lakshmi. She gives her the honeymoon tickets to Australia for 10 days. She tells her how the family would be going back home and Rishmi were to leave for the honeymoon from the airport itself.
In the room Lakshmi comes to see Rishi packing some last minute stuff.
Lakshmi: Tumhe pata tha na iss baare me..islie mujhse itne kapde pack karwaye na
Rishi: Yup mom ne mujhe pehle hi bata dia tha but unhone bola tha tumhe surprise Dena hai islie Maine kuch nai kaha.
Soon they all leave after saying goodbye to Gurucharan and others, promising to visit again. They reach in time for their flight. From Delhi onwards the family takes a flight to Mumbai and Rishmi have a flight later at night. Everyone bids them goodbye. Shalu and Bani excitedly say bye to Lakshmi and wish her luck. Neelam also comes to Lakshmi and says to enjoy the trip and not worry about anything. Aayush comes and teases them but assures Lakshmi that he would take care of Shalu and Bani till they were back.
After everyone has left, Rishmi go into the business lounge to wait for their flight.  Rishi is holding Lakshmi's hand and doesn't leave it for a second.
Rishi: Finally hum dono ab kuch time ke lie akele hai. Ab kaha bhagengi aap Mrs Oberoi. Ab to aap mere saath fas gyi hain.
Lakshmi: Tum bhi na Rishi kuch bhi bolte ho. Mujhe to bahot Darr lag rha hai. Main kabhi abroad nai gyi. Pata nai waha sab kaisa hoga.
Rishi: Arre waisa hi hoga jaisa yaha hota hai. Bas log dikhne me alag honge unka rehen sehen different hoga baaki wo bhi insaan hi nai. Daro mat kuch nai hoga. Aur main hoon na tumhare saath.
Later at night they board their flight. Lakshmi is nervous but gets happy and excited about the business class experience. She couldn't believe they had a bed like arrangement in the flight. She is thoroughly enjoying her journey and Rishi was happy seeing her childlike innocence and happiness.
