Electric Wave Humanoid Black Tackle: Black Tackle's base form comprises mainly a black-colored leather attire, complete with a customized ladybug-themed battle helmet and a pair of translucent yellow gloves which she uses to fire strong pulses of electromagnetic waves as an offensive attack. While not suited up, Jetix is also able to utilize hypnotic waves, which she uses to render Angelica W. Rose unconscious and bring out her inner demon, in order to "brainwash" her into becoming a servant of Black Satan. Upon being commanded to do so, Black Tackle can initiate the Ultra Cyclone, a self-destruct attack as a last resort which activates a time bomb within her helmet, destroying herself and everything around her in an explosion. However, the helmet was destroyed by Kamen Rider Aguilera's Stamping Break before the Ultra Cyclone could be completed, thus saving Jetix.
