he asked with his breathe fanning ur lips

you replied reaching your hand up to his cheek holding his face
you leant in feeling his lips hit yours and you smiled both pulling back
calid-youve made it clear that it's too soon for that
he whispered against your cheek

you replied feeling him smile against ur skin
he giggled pulling you into his arms and you giggled back at the ticklish sensation

you muttered cuddling up in his arms soon drifting to sleep..
you woke up to voices but still no lights on..
dad-she fell asleep in ur arms
he chuckled and you immediately realised how much warmer you were
calid-yeah the candles weren't helping and she was just scared
calid replied
cade-hey y/n it's me cade, wakey wakey
you shifted in calid's arms seeing cade and ur dad by your bed with flashlights
you-omg you brought flashlights
you smiled falling into cade's arms and he chuckled
cade-yeah the rain died down and i was scared by myself so ur dad came and got me
he whispered
dad-why didn't tell me you were with calid?
calid-she didn't know i was here
he lied with a laugh
calid-i called cade just as the power went out and i was at the gym, id just got here
dad-oh, well thank you for being here otherwise i think she would have been crying on the floor
you-not funny
you muttered against cade's chest glancing down to the bigger clothes on your body..
did calid change me?
cade-you okay?
he asked and you nodded
you-yeah ur dads good at comforting people when they're having a meltdown
you both giggled and cade slid beside you
dad-yeah they said the powers out all over town it shouldn't come on until tommorow
he carried on his conversation with calid
calid-looks like were staying the night

cade said happily and you smiled to calid
you-can i keep a flashlight tonight?
dad-yeah i got 4 anyway and spare batteries, just try to get some sleep it's already late
you smiled lying back in your bed with cade now

you whispered grabbing his arm and he giggled

he whispered and you hit him rolling away
