I heard a click of the door and immediately looked up at the person. There was Samidha, standing with red and swollen eyes, stains of tears were evident that she cried.
Before I could think anything further, her voice boomed.
"HOW COULD YOU?"
"Samidha first calm down", I said in an effort to calm her down. She came up to me and started scolding me.
"WHAT THE HELL AARAV, HOW COULD YOU ACCEPT ME TO CALM DOWN AFTER YOU PULLED THIS STUPID STUNT, HUH? I THOUGHT YOU CHANGED, I THOUGHT YOU STARTED CARING FOR ME, I THOUGHT THAT YOU ARE GOING TO GIVE US A CHANCE, BUT NO YOU JUST DECIDED TO END YOUR LIFE? LISTEN TO ME AARAV YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE ME TILL SEVEN LIVES, DO YOU GET THAT?", she said loudly, tears spilling nonstop from her eyes.
"I am sorry, I won't pull such a stunt again in my life.", I said in low voice, obviously feeling guilty.
"You promise?"
"I promise."
I said and she hugged me carefully, avoiding any contact with my injured hand. The hug we shared was warm, it radiated love and care. I slowly snaked my uninjured arm around her shoulder.
"Please don't leave me again Aarav, I couldn't imagine my life without you, I love you so much", she said leaving me shocked.
I tried to say but she stopped me.
"I know you need time & I will wait for you, don't feel guilty anymore, I forgive you."
She said and I realized what I was not able to in last month! I love her. Although she doesn't talk with me at that period of time, I could feel her care for me, I remembered how the food already warmed up when I came at night. I felt the feeling that I never felt for anyone, not even with Tarika. Samidha is different.
"Aarav? Please say something", I heard her.
Without any delay, I pulled her and kept my lips on hers. Her lips were soft, initially, she was shocked by later started kissing me back. We pulled out and I rested my forehead on hers. We were looking into each other eyes, which radiated millions of emotions.

We pulled out and hugged each other.
Soon others also came inside.
Maa and Papa scolded me for my reckless behavior but then we ended up hugging each other. They went out and now only me, Samidha, Kabir Bhai, and Bhabhi were in the room.
"Are you out of your mind Aarav Malhotra", Bhai boomed, Well this was accepted. He lectured me for straight 15 minutes.
"I'm sorry Bhai.", I said giving my most innocent look and the next moment I was embraced in a Hug.
I looked at bhabhi and looked down again feeling guilty.
"Won't you talk with me?", bhabhi said.
"I'm sorry."
"Whom you are saying sorry to?"
"To you."
"whom I am to you"
"I am sorry bhabhi, I promise I will take care of Samidha, I will love her and dearly cherish her. Will you forgive me?"
Then Bhabhi pulled me into a hug and started crying in the embrace of a motherly figure.
"You Duffus! I have forgiven you a long time back. The silent treatment was for you to realize the importance of relations but I never accepted to you do such a stupid thing." she completed and I could sense her shedding tears.
Soon Samidha and Bhai also joined the hug.
The moment was happy, finally, everything is going to be fine.
