The two ended up at a 5 Star restaurant downtown. Allen pulled up to Valet and got out the car and handed the man his keys.

"Be careful with my car." He said to the guy before making his way to Karen's side.

He opened her door and took her hand helping her out the car. They walked hand and hand into the restaurant.

When they walked in the sound of jazz filled their ears. Karen took a look around and the restaurant was empty. It was just them and the workers.

"Mr. Iverson your table is in the back." The young girl at the front said. Allen said thanks and Karen and him made their way to the back of the restaurant.

There was a table that sat in the back of the restaurant with a small candle lit. Allen pulled her chair out and took her seat. Then Allen pushed her in then took his seat across from her.

"You didn't have to do all this." Karen said shyly.

"But I wanted to." Allen said as he looked at her making Karen blush.

The waitress came by and greeted the two. "What would you two like tonight?"

The two ordered their food and then began to engage in conversation.

They talked about Basketball, Karen's kids & Karen's Career. While they were deep in conversation the waitress brought them their food.

"You think you'll be able to come to my next game? I can hook you up with seats for you and your kids."

Karen smiled a little. "That's so sweet of you Allen. I would love to go to your next game and I know J Drew and Kierra would love to go as well."

"Cool, I'll bring the tickets later this week."

The two continued to eat and talk the night away.

After about a half hour they finished their food. Allen payed for everything and they made their way out of the restaurant. He helped her into his car and then he got in as well.

"I want to take you somewhere." He said starting up the car.

"Okay." Karen smiled and Allen began to drive his car.

After about 15 minutes they pulled up to a basketball court. Karen looked around then looked at Allen.

He turned his car off then took off his suit jacket and his tie placing it in the back seat.

"Come on." He said with a smile. They both got out the car and Allen opened his trunk grabbing his basketball.

They walked onto the basketball court where the street light shined giving them enough light to see everything. He shot the ball a few times before he handed it to Karen.

"Oh no I can't shoot." Karen said trying to hand him the ball back.

"I can teach you, it's easy."

"Okay fine." She said and Allen smiled.

"Okay first stand right here." He said grabbing her waist and moving her in front of his tall frame.

"Now hold it like this." He instructed as he positioned her hands a certain way. "And focus on the square and you got it." He said to her before he stepped back.

Karen stood there for a few moments before she shot the ball. She made it her first time causing she to get excited. She started to cheer and laugh when she made it.

"I did it! I did it!" She said to Allen. He chuckled at how excited she was.

They shot the the ball a few more times as they laughed at one another.

After a few minutes passed Karen told Allen she had to get home so she could tuck her kids in. So the two made their way back to Karen's house.

They arrived at Karen's and Allen walked her to her front door. Once they reached it Karen turned to Allen.

"I enjoyed our date Allen." She smiled shyly.

"I'm glad you enjoyed it. Hopefully soon we can do this again." He said to her.

Karen looked up into his eyes and before she knew it she leaned in and kissed him.

Once she realized what she was doing she quickly stepped back almost slipping off her porch but lucky Allen grabbed her in time.

"I'm- I'm sorry. I- I shouldn't have did that." Karen stuttered out.

"I normally don't do that. Not on the first date." Karen began to ramble.

Allen just pulled her into him by her waist and leaned down and kissed her. At first her body tensed then she relaxed. Her hands rested against his chest and his rested on her lower back, as they began to make out on her front porch.

After about 3 minutes the two pulled from each other. Karen licked her bottom lip before gathering herself.

"Have a good night Allen. Get home safe." She said to him and walked into her house.

Allen went to his car with a big smile on his face. He already couldn't wait for the next outing with her.
