You were on a mission with Shinso in Tokyo for ten hours and some were in that time you had started your period.

The only reason you realized you had started was because of the stretching pain that made you almost lose your lunch.

You were in so much pain that you had to lay down on the sidewalk. Shinso didn't notice until he walked around the corner.

Then he came running back "hey what's the problem are you ok why are you on the floor" can we please go home" yes let me call in really quickly ok can you hang in there" yes please make it quick though" I will".

After Shinso got up he called the hero's saying y/n and he called in for the day lucky Shoto was on the other line so understood a lot better than an older hero.

"Ok kitten let's go home" Shinso picked you up bridal style making sure you were safe and that you wouldn't fall.

"Hey, are you ok I know you're in a lot of pain right now and I'm sorry for that I can't really do much right now but once we get home, I can help a lot more" Ya, I'm ok thank you for calling out of work for me" aww you don't have to thank me now shall we get home" Ya let's go".

You two didn't live far from Tokyo, just a city called Mitaka, so you two could just get a ride so Shinso called an uber after ten minutes and Shinso helped you get buckled.

"Hey, is she ok" Ya just really bad timing of the month" oh I understand my girlfriend has a hard time as well I have painkillers does she want some '' yes please that would be so helpful".

You say in a weak voice the uber driver hands the pills and you already had water with you "thank you so much" hey it's no problem I keep them in here just for these type of things ".

After a while you fell asleep on Shinso's shoulder while Shinso talked to the uber driver once you got to your apartment building Shinso woke you up and thanked the driver and tipped him seventy dollars.

Shinso picked you up and walked up the stairs and unlocked the door. Once inside he closed the door behind himself and walked you too your bedroom.

"Hey, do you want anything" a hot water bottle would be great and some cuddles "Haha ok let me grab that" he walked off to grab the hot water bottle for you.

He came back to the room around five minutes later. ''Ok, I got you the hot water bottle and now some cuddles" he climbed on the bed and got under the blankets and put the hot water bottle on your lower abdomen.

And then he started to spoon you and play with your hair and rub your back and you both fell asleep "I love you get some good sleep" ''I love you two Shinso".
