Cody Burns angst/hurt/fluff?

Kidnapped by MP

Cody had just gotten out of school. He was waiting outside for Kade and Heatwave. They were supposed to pick him up today. He waited for at least 20 minutes before deciding that he would walk home. 'They probably just had an emergency and forgot to tell him,' Cody thought as he walked home.

He was almost home when a hand, with a rag on it, covered his mouth. Cody tried to scream for help, but while trying to do so he inhaled whatever was on the rag and started to get dizzy. As he fell unconscious the kidnapper slowly dragged him into the woods, making sure not to make a sound.

The team had just finished putting out a fire at the docks and were headed home when Heatwave remembered that he and Kade were supposed to pick up Cody from school. "Kade, we need to pick up Cody," he says.

"He's probably walked home by now," Kade says.

"Ok."

When they get home the team separates to do their own things. Kade and Dani went to watch t.v while Graham and Boulder worked on some projects. Charlie was sitting outside reading, with Chase, and Blades watching movies, and Heatwave training.

When dinner came around Charlie called everyone to the table. Kade, Dani, and Graham came quickly grabbing plates and piling food on them. They all sat down and waited for Cody. "Cody! Dinner is ready!" Charlie yelled. They waited for a minute but he didn't come down. Charlie went to his room, only to find it empty.

"Maybe he's with the bots," Graham suggests.

They head to the bunker to find all the bots sitting around the t.v. "Do y'all know where Cody is?" Charlie asks. They shake their heads.

"Kade and I were supposed to pick him up from school, but by the time we put the fire out Kade said that he had already walked home," Heatwave says.

Everyone looks at Kade. "What!? He usually walks home if no one picks him up right away, so I just assumed he did!" Kade defends.

"Well, where could he be?" Blades asks.

"Maybe he went to Doc's house," Boulder suggests.

"I'll call and see if he is there," Graham says. He comes back a few minutes later with a frown. "He's not at Doc's,".

"Then where could he be?" Charlie asks, worriedly.

"May I suggest looking through the town security footage? Maybe we can spot where he went," Chase says.

They go through the town's security footage, each trying to find Cody. "I've got something!" Dani says. The team crowds around her and watches the footage. They see him walk out of school and wait. He waits for 20 minutes before dropping his head and walking home. This makes Kade and Heatwave feel guilty about not picking him up.

They continue to follow him through the security footage. He was almost home when a figure came out of the woods. They were holding a rag in their hand and snuck up behind Cody, putting the rag over his mouth. They saw him try to scream but failed. He soon falls unconscious and the figure drags him into the woods. As the team watches, their hearts break. Someone had kidnapped Cody.

Cody's eyes fluttered open as he woke up. Everything was blurry at first and he was very confused. After a minute he remembered what had happened. Someone had kidnapped him. He tried to move but found his hands and feet bound together with a thick rope that cut into his skin. He tried to yell for help but there was a gag in his mouth.

The room he was in was cold, and he didn't have his jacket on. He shivered as he looked around. He seemed to be in a cage. He let out a small whimper as he heard footsteps coming his way. He was scared and cold. He just wanted his family.
