Cody walked downstairs looking for someone who would play burns ball with him. The first person he saw was Graham. "Hey, Graham. Do you want to play burns ball with me?" Cody asks.

"Sorry Cody Boulder and I are fixing the pipes in city hall today," he says walking away. Cody walks to the window and sees Boulder and Graham leave, then walks downstairs.

He comes across Dani outside on the rock wall. "Hi Dani! Do you want to play burns ball with me?".

"Not now Cody. I'm practicing the rock wall," She says, climbing higher.

"Ok," Cody says quietly.

He walks back into the house and heads to the bunker. He sees Chase and Blades watching t.v. "Hey Chase! Hey Blades! Do you want to play burns ball with me?".

"Sorry Cody. We are binge-watching detective Angelo. Maybe later," Blades says, turning the volume louder.

Cody walks around a bit before coming across his dad. "Hey dad, do you want to play burns ball with me?".

"Sorry son, I have a meeting with the mayor in a few minutes," Chief says.

"Oh, ok," he says sadly, then walks out of the room. His dad always played with him, even if it was only for a few minutes.

A few minutes later, Cody stumbled upon Heatwave. He was training with one of the dummies. "Hey Heatwave! You wanna play burns ball with me?"

"I can't right now. I'm training" he says, punching the dummy.

Cody went back upstairs to look for Kade. Maybe he would play with him. He found Kade on the couch. "Hey, Kade. Do you wanna play burns ball with me?" Cody says, not realizing Kade was sleeping. Kade jumped awake, and looked around, spotting Cody.

"What the heck Cody! I was sleeping! Can't you go bother someone else?! God, you're so annoying!" Kade yelled, stomping to his room, and leaving a teary-eyed Cody.

'Am I really that annoying? Do I bother everyone I talk to? I should just leave. No one wants me here anyways. I just get in the way,' he thinks. Cody makes his way to his bedroom. As soon as his door closed the tears came spilling out. He grabbed his backpack and started filling it with clothes.

He quietly walked out of the house, silently crying. He started walking into the woods, not knowing where he would go, as long as he got away from his family. He walked until his legs needed a break, so he sat down against a tree. His stomach growled, so he pulled out a granola bar he had packed. It wasn't much but it helped. After he finished the snack he stood up and continued walking.

It was around dinner time when Chief couldn't find Cody. He asked around and nobody had seen him in a few hours. This worried him, so he called everyone to the bunker. "I called you all here because I can't find Cody, and no one has seen him for a few hours," Chief explains.

"He probably just went up to Frankie's," Dani says.

"He's not, I called."

"The punk probably just went on a walk and forgot to tell us," Kade said, rolling his eyes.

"Let's hope that's true," Chief says, walking off.

A few more hours passed and Cody still wasn't home. It was getting dark and he wouldn't answer his phone. "Cody is still not home, and he's not answering his phone," Chief said worriedly through the coms. Cody had always come home by dark, and if he didn't he would call, but neither of those things had happened tonight.

Everyone was worried and started searching the island. They were scared that he was in danger and they couldn't help. They searched for hours but didn't find him, so they decided to regroup and continue the search in the morning.
