"Chief, did you see the match last night?" Henry asked
"I thought I was the only one, what a performance, never thought I'd see football like that since college; TOTAL DISASTER!"
Mike replied
"Right, Diablo could have passed to Estaban instead of Romiero, he was open,
totally open!!"
Thomas added
"All I know, it was hurtful to watch such a disastrous match"
Mike added
"By the way, Amy and I are having a party tomorrow, it's little Jakes Birthday; theres an after party in the night, open invitation so I want to see you all there."
Henry Mentioned
"Sorry, but I have prayer meeting tomorrow night, so I'm just gonna be at Jake's Party" Thomas mentioned
"Come on really, one night wouldn't hurt" Henry commented
"That's where youre wrong, one night is more than enough, I'm good. We all know how your parties always turn out"
Thomas replied
"You're missing out mah boy; Chief I'll see you there right?" Henry asked
"Wouldn't miss it for the world, I really need to get away from home right about now" Mike replied
"Catherine's not treating you well?"
Henry asked
"Officer!! My office, now!!" Mike shouted
"Catherine? Isn't Renée Chief's wife?"
Thomas thought to himself
"Close the door on your way in."
Mike exclaimed
"What's the matter Chief?"
Henry asked
"What did I tell you about Catherine?"
Mike asked
"That she makes you feel alive and theres just something about her that you just cant seem to shake-"
Henry responded
as he was interrupted
"Stop! Stop! Stop! Not that, I told you I dont want to hear about her around the boys!What's wrong with you"
Mike expounded
"I thought you meant around the boys as in your boys, your sons that is, I never knew you didn't want the squad to know, I thought you and Renée were history; I mean, you did say you were gonna dump her."
Henry replied
"You idiot, you know what, get out! Get out!!" Mike shouted angrily
"But Mike-" Henry added
"It's Chief to you Officer, Get out!!"
Mike exclaimed
Door slams
"Dude what was that about?"
Thomas enquired
"Officer, don't you have a patrol to be on?" Henry asked
"Yes Sir."
Thomas answers in a puzzled tone
"Then get to it"
Henry replied
"Yes Sir" Thomas replied
For seven minutes straight, Thomas stood still in his tracks,
Puzzled by the words while acknowledging the facts.
Henry mentioned Catherine, but Renée is the wife,
Was it a simple mistake, or Mike had a double life?"
