Freddy tapped his fingers over Bonnie's thigh, nervous. He was currently resting his head on Bonnie's lap in his greenroom. Bonnie's room was always so much nicer than Freddy's. It was so relaxing. The cool blue ambiance and stars that scattered the walls were so calming. Ironic, since Bonnie is anything but calm.

Bonnie has been in trouble with security more times than he can count, which frankly, may not be a lot since he cannot count. Why is he in such trouble? He gets random bouts of energy after closing. Locking up his greenroom does not even work anymore, Bonnie always finds a way out. Despite his aloof and mischievous nature, Bonnie was perfect to Freddy. He and Freddy are practically programmed to be together. They have never been apart, even when one of them is busy in repairs or is missing for a while, it greatly decreases their performances.

They became more than friends a while ago now, but it still feels so new. They still just...cannot take their eyes off of each other.

Bonnie glanced down at Freddy, chuckling. "Ya' need something Fredbear?" Freddy lifted his head to look Bonnie in the eye.

"I am sorry, starshine. I am still just...frustrated from work." Freddy reassured. Bonnie gently cupped his cheeks with both hands, leaning in and pressing their foreheads together affectionately.

"You work too hard, honey-bear...what am I gonna' do with you-?"

Freddy couldn't contain his smile. He lunged forward and trapped Bonnie in a tight hug. Bonnie laughed, weakly fighting him off. "You're so corny, Fred-!"

Their fun times were unfortunately interrupted as there was a knock on Bonnie's door. Bonnie immediately straightened himself up. He slipped his overall straps back on and jogged to the door. When he opened it he did not speak, oddly. But it appeared he saw or heard something. By the time Freddy stood up to look however, Bonnie closed the door.

"Who was it?" Freddy asked. Bonnie seemed uneasy for a minute, before turning to Freddy. He looked visibly...sad. Freddy's worry grew. He race-walked over to check on Bonnie, but Bonnie stepped away, putting on a strained smile.

"It's ok! Really it was no one, but...it's kinda' late...maybe you should go." Bonnie hesitantly says. Freddy's ears lowered.

"It is not too late...are you sure you do not want me to stay longer-?" Freddy asked.

Yes, please stay-

Bonnie was internally fighting it, but he also could not risk the outcome if Freddy were to stay. Bonnie shook his head.

"I'll see you tomorrow, honey-bear. You need some sleep." Bonnie leaned up to kiss his forehead chastely. Some of Freddy's tension dissipated at that, but he still appeared saddened. He placed two gentle hands on Bonnie's shoulders and looked him deep in his fuchsia and emerald eyes, nearly getting lost in them."Can I come back tomorrow...?" Freddy asked nervously. Bonnie smiled kindly.

"Of course! You are always welcome here." He said, guiding Freddy to the door.

"Well clearly I am not welcome now-" Freddy teased. Bonnie laughed good-heartedly, playfully pushing him out. "Don't be such a smartass, Fredbear! Get out~!" Freddy laughed back, turning around to give Bonnie a quick peck on the cheek. "Goodnight, starshine." The bear finally stopped laughing, his face relaxing and showing nothing but gentle fondness for the bunny. Bonnie returned the look.

"Goodnight, silly bear." He responded, closing his door. As soon as Freddy was out of sight Bonnie felt the weight of what was happening settle in again. God, he wants this to end already. He swiftly closed the curtains of his greenroom and locked the main entrance. After a few minutes there was swift, quiet knocking on the door. Bonnie mentally prepared himself before muttering a "come in." Through his teeth. A woman in a stitched rabbit suit stepped in.
"Bonnie. We have a job for you." She said. Bonnie huffed. "What now?" He asked.
