"We need a friendly face. Someone to lure the kids in, like he used to. And who better than a silly bunny, hm?" She said.

"No."

Bonnie was abrupt. He did not even need to think about that, he would never harm anyone willingly. "I will not be helping you guys hurt innocent children, that's not happening." He said confidently.

"So...you want him to control you then? Because he can make you do way worse, little bunny." She threatened. Bonnie shut his mouth at that. She continued. "Should we make one of your friends do it then? Should Freddy do it...?"

"No!" Bonnie snapped.

Freddy was an angel. He'd always been such a gentle giant despite how intimidating and stoic he can come off as. The thought of Freddy being forced to do something so vile...it churned his parts inside out. Freddy would never recover...he would never live a normal, happy life again. None of his friends would.

He could not let that happen.

Bonnie sighed. She knew exactly how to get to him. She took his silence as agreement. "Good that you chose to comply. You know what's on the line if you do not," she added.

Bonnie could not speak. He only nodded.

If only that bear knew what he would do for him.

Bonnie hopped up and cheered in enthusiasm as the kid he was playing with got a perfect strike. The child squealed in joy and quickly turned to Bonnie for approval. Bonnie smiled, ruffling the kid's hair affectionately.

"You did awesome, superstar! I don't know how I could beat this-!" He said. The kid beamed from Bonnie's praise. Children like this really made the bunny's day.

He backed away slightly only for his back to hit against something.

The child spun around to face Bonnie, suddenly cheering out. "Freddy!!"

"I am sorry, Bonnie! I did not mean to startle you-" Freddy apologized sheepishly. Bonnie giggled and turned to him.

"Freddy Fazbear! What're you doing all the way here??" Bonnie asked, trying to stay in character. "I need to speak with my friend alone for a moment." Freddy told the kid. Thankfully the kid did not mind, and proceeded to look for their parents. Once the child was out of sight Freddy quickly pulled Bonnie out of eyesight of the guests.

"Is something wrong, Fred-?" Bonnie asked. Freddy shook his head. "Not exactly. I came to let you know the show today is canceled due to technical difficulties." Freddy spoke in his usual formal speech. Bonnie chuckled.

"And why did you need to come all the way here to tell me this? Why not get security or call me through our servers?" He grinned. Freddy fidgeted with his claws timidy.

"I...I did not get to see you this morning, I wanted to check up on you. Especially after last night, when you were acting so odd." Freddy said.

Crap, how am I talking my way out of this?

Bonnie thought. He finally sighed. "Yeah, I'm sorry for worrying you like that...no one was at the door but I remembered I was getting really low on battery..." He lied. He hated lying to Freddy, really. What was worse is that he had gotten so used to it...and Freddy trusted him so much. Even if it is for his own good, deceiving his partner just...does not sit right with him.

Freddy, of course, believed him. He shook his head. "Bon-bon, you need to quit forgetting to charge yourself." Bonnie chuckled nervously. "Y-yeah...yeah, I will." He felt Freddy wrap his arms around his waist, pulling him close to his chest and rocking him from side to side.

"Freddy, please! Not so close to the guests-!" Bonnie  laughed. Freddy stopped rocking him but did not let go. He rested his chin on Bonnie's head.

"I know, I know...I just...do not want to leave you just yet." Freddy sighed. Bonnie pulled away but smiled fondly at him. He leaned up and gently pecked Freddy's nose.

"The children will be missing you, honey-bear." He lifted a hand to caress Freddy's cheek. Freddy leaned into the touch, his eyes fluttering closed.

"Remember to come see me later tonight in my greenroom. We can talk more then." He said. Freddy beamed. "You remembered??" Bonnie was slightly taken aback by Freddy's enthusiasm but he laughed it off again. "Of course I remember! I wouldn't miss it for the world, Fredbear."

Freddy straightened himself up, getting ready to leave. Before he did he wrapped a single arm around Bonnie's waist. Freddy kissed Bonnie's temple gently. "Good luck today, starshine."

Bonnie returned his smile. "Reach for the stars, honey-bear."
