Rita's point of view

Oh my god! Biggest disaster ever. Apparently luck doesn't like me very much, my father's ex business partner/ex best friend before the whole crash thing, was stalking around flaunting his new tuxedo and Arm candy son. Ehh! Nothing irritates me more than that guy. Walking around making snide comments about my house mates.
Well I guess I can't judge, I was like him along time ago. Just as I thought things couldn't get any worse they spotted me and very DISCREETLY began whispering about me. I was pretty sure they were debating whether it was worth talking to former rich girl/me.

I'm panicking now, what's worse than them ignoring me. Why coming to say hello of course!! . Oops their here.
"Greetings Miss Williams, I never expected you to be at such an...influential event."
Could I just say that I've never wanted to slap anybody in my life as much as I want to slap him
"Well you know me, I'm up for sale, all dolled up", his face was priceless while his son just stood there emotionlessly.
"Come on father we mustn't talk to filthy poor people we are only here for the publicity", the nerve of that boy, as time passed I could feel all the pent up rage reach its peak, did none of these people actually care about orphans and come to see them.

Slap!!!! The sound echoed through the room all the chitter chatter was silenced every body was looking my way, but I could care less.
In the end it was worth it, the boys face was livid, apparently it looked like he had never been slapped before. I turned and walked away tears in my eyes because no matter how much I'd like to say no, his words had affected me, a great deal too.
