Robin's pov: It was my 13th birthday. The greatest day of my life. I woke up to a knock at my front door. Groaning I got up and walked downstairs and opened the door. "Hey Birthday Rob!" Y/n said grinning at me "Thanks  y/n" I said still half asleep, "Do you want to come in?" I asked her pointing over my shoulder. Y/n nodding walking inside behind me as we sat down on the couch. "Oh! I almost forgot" Y/n pulled out a little box from her pocket "Open it" she said placing it on my hand. It was a necklace, a beautiful one at that "Aw Y/n" I hugged her and realized it matches hers. "Open the necklace" she said quietly her face turning tomato red. I opened the necklace a small piece of paper falling out of it, I unfolding it.

Rob being friends with you has been the thing in my life but I want to be more. You can think I'm crazy or stupid or weird for this but the truth is. I love you.

I looked over at her "I know it's stupid I can leave" she stood up "Y/n wait. I-I feel the same way Y/n."

She turned around smiling. "Rob-"  she started as I walked over to hug her "I love you too" I smiled cupping Y/n's face in my hands. "We can't tell anyone though" Y/n said sadly "I know" I hesitated "It'll be our little secret" Y/n hugged me, we just stood hugging as if nothing else mattered. "I never want to lose you" Y/n muttered into my jacket. "You won't, I promise Y/n."

We sat back down on the couch "Y/n are you ok?" I asked seeing yet another bruise on her. I started to get worried finding a bruise on her leg and arms was becoming a regular thing. "Oh I'm fine I didn't even know I had that" Y/n laughed "Y/n stop it! Stop lying to me this has become way too often you always have a new injury and you claim you don't know where they came from or you tripped, do you think I'm stupid!! SOMETHINGS WRONG Y/N." I stated shouting, leaving a shocked look on her face "I'm just worried about you...ok? I'm sorry" I added softly. "Rob I'm fine, really please don't worry." She lied to me yet again.
