I tried to catch my breath as I had been in the under the schools swimming pool for a few minutes and when I finally opened my eyes I meet a tall blonde figure leaning his hands to pull my figure up from the pool, SETH.

"Hello Eden." He greeted in a whisper and felt chills all over my skin.

I said nothing to him and struggled out. "Can we please talk?" he said again and I tried to block him out.

"Eden please."

Doesn't he have things to do? Today was the day of the bike race, one lesson if you try to vent your anger in a bike race you'd get hurt.

"Eden...."

"Get lost Seth, don't you have a kid to take care of?"

"It's been years Eden." I turned around to look at him only to find his ring finger occupied. Married. He was married. He tried hiding the hand in his pocket but it was too late I had already seen it.

"Do you have a conscience Seth? I went to Juvie for you, i was almost disowned by my mom for you! You never visited and guess what my mom promised never to come see me because of how mad she was and when she did she came with news of your baby to laugh at my face, telling me she warned me!! I tried not to believe until when Raul came and confirmed it and since then I decided to cut all ties with you so please stay away from me Seth."

"I was too ashamed of myself, Eden there was nothing I could have done and that made me feel so sad."

"Remembered how much you used to reassure me? Everytime we were together? Do you know how much that kept me going? Even sometimes up until now. I didn't mean anything to you for you to disrespect me the way you did, that's that and that's all that is." He was too stunned to speak and I chuckled. "Have a good life Family guy." I said walking out. "Your daughter is so pretty and a word of advice Seth if you want to live as long, quit racing people die everyday these days cause of it. See you on the road later love."

I got dressed and was practically the only person I school, the basketball court was still open and I got in, I chuckled remembering what happened the last time I had been here this late I witnessed what Quinton and his friends had done and I just giggled funny how we're cool now. I got in the middle of the court and laid down shutting everything out I promised not to cry over him and that failed miserably. Tears tickled my eyes when I felt an over whelming feeling I peered my eyes opened and saw Quinton, I was about to get up and sharpen my mouth when he laid beside me, "Hey love." Was all he said

"Love? You ruined my date." This was the first time I had seen him since my date with Aaron

He laughed and sighed, "No I didn't I had a good time and so did Aaron."

"I wanted to have a good time with him alone." i spat

"Is that why you're out here crying?" he said laughing lowly

"I wasn't crying, the chemicals in the water make my eyes tear."

"Right whatever you say." Everywhere went silent for a while. "Not to waste any of your time or mine. Just explain this." He flashed his-my drawing of his name from my journal, the missing pages I got up and he took off his shirt.

"You clearly have a lot of explaining Eden," he smirked and I wanted to talk back but I couldn't how could I defend myself. I looked at his chest and closed my eyes, that man was well built, fucking hell, I thought Seth was fit but Damn, Quinton was something, I looked around his torso and saw tattoos everywhere something, NO 2 things got my attention first my mom had the same tattoo and he had tattooed the drawing of both our names.
