"That's a wrap ladies!", the photographer yelled as the girls started cheering loudly. They were currently in Tae's backyard for a photoshoot.
The girls started to spread out across the spacious yard: some huddling in small groups and some going over to their significant other.
Jemima went to join India, Tae, Ari and Vicky by the sun loungers. She sat herself down at the foot of the bed-like chair and listened quietly to their ongoing conversation.
Minding her business, looking around she heard her name being called.
"I just don't see why you won't move here. What's is it there except for your family", Ari said, pulling her sunglasses on top of her head.
"My job", Jemima remarked, tilting her head sideways causing the other 2 to laugh.
"YoUr jOb. Bitch, you could get one down here. It's way more opportunities here than the raq", Ari mocked her, while India and Vicky agreed, nodding their heads.
"Plus", Vicky started, "I meannn, I ain't wanna say a word but, you and Von seem closer. Like... fuckin' type closer".
Jemima hung her jaw open jokingly, bringing her palm to her chest, "Me, having sex. I am a child of god. Please".
"Now we know that's a damn lie", India spoke straight after.
"Your basically deciding between your family or Von and your friends. Your family can't offer you no dick unlike Von, soooo?", Vicky said, talking with her hands at the same time.
"Unless she from Alabama chile", Tae mumbled but Jemima heard him and swatted the back of his neck, "Stop playing hoe".
"You damn near always over here. What's the big deal of making it official?", India asked, intrigued.
"We literally weren't just talking a few days ago", Jemima said as a matter of fact.
"Girlll, he was just confused. You know he be a little slow sometimes", Vicky laughed, making Jemima mug her.
"You should just move out here. It's way betterrr. And you could always go visit your family just like how you come here", India suggested, running her fingers through her hair.
Jemima looked off to the side, "I'll think about it". No the fuck I'm not
She stood up and stretched her arms above her head, "I'm going to change out this".
All the girls wore matching baby blue swimsuits to go with the theme.
As she walked through the house, Von watched her from the living room. He sat in a circle with Durk, Bagg, Booka and Muwop as they rotated a blunt. However Von passed on it, seeing as he felt he didn't need it. "I'a be back".
Swiftly following the girl, he saw a bedroom door close just as he made it to the top of the stairs. He opened it to be met with Jemima stood with her back facing the entrance, on her phone.
She flinched as she felt arms go around her but relaxed once she realised who it was, "Don't do that. What if I had a heart attack?".
