(Synopsis: A jealous sculptor in love with Mitsubachi akumatizes into Copycat, a duplicate of Chat Noir who tries to take his rival's place by her side.)

Marinette stands on her balcony, talking to Alissa as she was staring at a picture of Adrien.

"How about inviting him to a movie then?" the redhead asked.

The bluenette gazed at the picture before looking up at her best friend, "Right, Lissa. Can you imagine that conversation?"

"Hey Adrien, would you like to gah-wuh, glah." Alissa pretends to be tongue-twisted and sticks her tongue out.

"Exactly. I can't help it. Every time I see him..." Marinette stares at the clouds, imagining Adrien in them, "I get all clammy and I feel like fainting."

"So...basically the only way you could have a normal conversation with him, is if you're blindfolded." Alissa raises an eyebrow.

"Pretty much."

"You know, you could just call him. That way you don't have to look at him. You just need his number."

Marinette gasps excitedly as she goes to call Alya, "I know who'll have Adrien's number!"

"Uh, Mari, I have his number." Alissa told her.

"...HOW DID YOU GET HIS NUMBER?!" the bluenette grabbed the redhead by her shoulders.

"I just asked him...you know, like a normal person?"

...

A crowd gathers in the Place des Vosges, where a statue of Camazotz, Ladybug, Chat Noir, and Mitsubachi was about to be presented.

Théo, the sculptor, puts a lollipop in his mouth as he stands in front of the covered statue.

André puts his hand on the man's shoulder, "I'm sure you've outdone yourself, Théo."

"It was my honor." he bows slightly before pulling a newspaper cutout of the heroes, "And I can't wait to meet the heroes. I hope they'll autograph the photo I used as the inspiration for the statue."

"Oh, it's nearly time. They should already be here by now." André looks out for them.

...

Alissa paces in front of Marinette, who was sitting in her rolling chair, "Okay, you and I both know that improv is not your bag, so just stick to this script." she passes her a notepad.

"But all the teachers say I don't sound natural when I read."

"Then memorize it." Alissa points at her head, "It's simple. You can do this. Just don't improvise. Got it?"

Marinette looks at her phone and the script before hanging her head, "Forget it! This is never gonna work!"

Alissa rolls her eyes and taps the call button, "Too late!" she jumps behind the bluenette's chaise.

Marinette gasps and starts to panic, holding the cell phone in one hand as if it were a bomb.

"Hey, this is Adrien's voicemail. Leave a message."

"It's gone to voicemail!" the bluenette told her.

"Then leave a message." Alissa deadpans, "What else are you supposed to do?"

Marinette gulps before speaking, "Uhh, hello. Uh, Adrien's voicemail." Alissa groans and facepalms, "Uh, this is Marinette, who, uh, has a message for you, of course, cause it's, uh, your phone, so, umm..." she giggles nervously, "Callmeseeyoulater, bye!" she throws the phone onto the chaise as Alissa looks at her with a raised eyebrow. The bluenette rolls over in her chair, moaning before noticing her best friend's look, "What? What did you expect me to say? "Hey, hot stuff, this is Marinette, I'd ask you on a date to a movie, but I've got such a crazy crush on you that the only way I can talk to you without foaming out the mouth is over this stupid phone." Pretty ridiculous, right?" she leans back in the chair, smiling. Her smile drops when she hears an automated voice.
