You are in class, Taping your pen..thinking what's going to happen tomorrow, or today. Or a Event coming up, What will happen? You know that something bad is going to happen any minute, any second, any day. So you start to panic. Butter-flies flying around in your stomach. What's that called? Anxiety. And anxiety leads to Stress.
You usually think what can go wrong? What can I DO? what happen if? So you're worrying about all the things can happen or come to.
That doesn't help your Anxiety to go down. So it's like a sand pit, more you struggle, more you sink under the sand.
Through a game, at your school, in the gym. Doing Activities. Like a challenge. Ex. (You're signed in groups doing these challenges where you are against the other teams.)
You try to get out of it, by saying I need to go bathroom, or I need to get a drink. Because you don't think you are good enough. You'll probably embarrass yourself in front of your classmates. And that would make you less cool. If that's even possible.
Pressure is a another reason of having anxiety and stress.
That's why you stay out of sports at school. To be a ''Unknown Kid.'' You don't want to get involved with groups, chatting, anything. Because you don't want to make a fool of yourself.
When the teacher is asking all these questions. And you are hoping not to get picked to answer that question. You're Scared. The teacher picks you. You Panic, your palms are sweaty, you look around the class to see if someone will give you the answer, you look at the teacher. You answer that question wrong, everyone giggles or laughs. That makes you feel? Horrible, right?
