Deku pov:

It has been two hours since the police captured the man who called himself a pirate. They asked me to come with them to the station to ask me some questions. I decided to stay and help a bit since this incident was also partially my fault. The police were very thankful but they just gave me some chores to do like sweeping, they probably didn't feel like doing that themselves. I did keep an eye on the black-haired person since I was pretty curious what his quirk could be. When I was running after him he looked like an experienced fighter so I wonder if he is strong or not. 

'Hey UA student!' An officer waved at me. 'We wanted to question you when the other guy woke up but we aren't sure when that will be so can we ask the questions now?' I agreed and he led me to a chair in front of the cell Luffy was held in. 'Okay the first question, you said you rescued him correct? Can you give us some more details?' He started. I told him what happened in the morning. He nodded and went to the next question. 'Do you know anything about his quirk?' I said I didn't and he moved on. But before we could go to the next question we heard some noise coming from the cell.

Suddenly the chained-up man sat up again within a second. 'Ah- I fell asleep!' He said. He looked around and took a good look at us. 'Who are you guys?' He has already forgotten about me?? 'I saved you earlier today at the beach- don't you remember?' 'Hmmm.. oh yeah you did! I almost died hahahaha!' The straw-hatted man had a big smile on his face. My thoughts went blank. Is that something to laugh about? The officer stood up from his chair and walked toward the cell. 'Now that you're awake I would like to ask you a few questions, first of all-' before the officer could continue, the other started to talk. 'I refuse.' He simply said. 'I have to continue looking for my nakama now.' He stood up still chained up. 'Sir please sit down, we can't let you go before we finish these questions.' The officer held his professional posture while the other just continued to stare at us. 'No.' He said while taking the handcuffs off of his arms. He just took them off like that?! Ahhh he is strong! The officer was in a state of shock, the handcuffs put on him were one of the best pairs they had at the police station. 'Shishishishi!' He laughed. 'Good thing these weren't seastone handcuffs!' He started to walk toward the door of the cell.

'I can help you search for your friends if you answer the questions!' I said in an attempt to make him stop walking. He did stop walking and looked at me and soon started smiling again. 'You will? Shishishi, sure I can answer your questions!' The officer sighs in relief. The man walked toward us and stood there waiting for the first question. After calming himself and taking up his professional posture again he started with the first question.

'First I would like some information about you, I can't find you on the computer. What is your name, age, application, and quirk and where do you live?' The man stared at us for a bit before stating his name. 'Monkey D. Luffy the future pirate king! 19.' 'So your application is pirate? And your quirk, what might that be?' The man before us looked puzzled and started steaming from his head! 'I am a pirate, not sure what an apalilates is though...' He said with his hand on his chin.

I don't think he is the smartest a person can get. He has said a lot of strange stuff, how he was searching for his "Nakama." something about a devil's fruit? How he is a pirate or a king or both? And I am pretty sure he does not know what a quirk is. I just noticed, it looks like he has a lot of recent wounds from some kind of battle! 'Luffy? Can I ask you something?' Both the officer and the pirate looked at me. 'Yeah' the pirate said. 'What were you doing before you started drowning?'

'Hmmmmm...' Luffy looked up with a troubled look on his face. 'Chopper had just treated my wounds from my fight against Katakuri and then-' The black haired looked up and then started sulking. I watch him questioning what happened. 'Luffy are you okay?' 'They reduced my bounty to 150.000.000 Berrie!' The man says laying crying on the floor. 'Look!' He takes out a piece of paper and gives it to me. "Dead or alive, Monkey d. Luffy" it says. I look at the number. 

'Hahhhhh??? It says 1.500.000.000?! How much is your currency worth in yen?' The man stops crying on the floor and sits up straight again within a second. He takes the paper back from my hand and looks at it. 'Ehhhhhhhh???' The man looks at the poster in shock. 'Look at that!! hahahaha my number's in the billions now!' He said after looking at the paper for some time. The officer that was still standing besides me grabbed the paper out of his hand. I look at him as his face changed to an expression of shock. 'This is out of the 16th century?!' I now also looked at the man in shock. Luffy however was still laughing about his so-called bounty. The officer started talking again and asked the laughing man what year it was. We didn't get much of an answer since the man apparently "forgot." 

'Are we done now? I am hungry.' The man grabbed his stomach like he hadn't eaten anything in days. 'Also... Where am I?' I think the officer is at his breaking point because he looks like he is about to pass out. But the officer recovered again and started to be calm again. 'You're in ####### Police station.' He said. The station we were at was a pretty small one with just one cell that is there for questioning. I heard that a lot of new officers come here to train while I was waiting to be questioned. 

Luffy had a puzzled look on his face before realization hit him. 'AH I HAVE BEEN CAUGHT!? Hey Green hair I thought you were going to help me find my Nakama? Was that just a trick to give me out to the Marines?' He said pointing at me. 'I'll just have to get out of here then.' He broke the cell bars and started walking towards the exit. The officer tried to grab him but Luffy punched him in the face and he immediately passed out. 'Luffy wait! I didn't lie, I can help you find your friends! But only- eh-' I knew it wasn't a good idea to let the pirate run wild through the city again, but I didn't know how to get him to stay with me. He is strong, I don't think I would be able to beat him in a fight like I am now, and I would also not know if he would fight fair since he calls himself a pirate. 

I didn't know what to do. He was just staring at me while I was trying to convince him to stay so I just started murmuring some stuff. I don't even know what I was saying. And looking at him I know he also did not understand. 

'Well look, I knew there was something interesting going on here.' A new voice said. I searched where the voice came from and saw. 'Principle Nezu? What are you doing here?' 'My animal instinct told me something interesting was going on around here, and look at that it was right yet again! Ahahahahahaha!' The mouse, bear-like creature laughed. The straw-hatted boy had stars in his eyes. 'Are you family from the bear in Torao's crew?' He asked. 'No, but I do think I can help you. You're not from here, are you?'
