Citrus sat on her living room couch with a t-shirt and sweatpants on. As far as she knew, today was the weekend, and she could stay home for as long as she liked. She stretched and yawned as she lazily flipped through TV channels. She was just about to lay down when she heard the front door open.

"Hello?"

Her father walked in, and smiled.

"Heya sweetie." He said. "You look relaxed."

Citrus rolled her eyes. She went back to watching TV.

"Whatcha watchin'?" Asked her dad.

"N-Nothin. Just flipping through channels." Said Citrus.

"Oh. Hey, I was wondering if you'd like to come to work with me?"

"What? Why?"

"Well, it's kids visit day, and-"

"Stop." Said Citrus. "Kids visit day?"

"Well.. Yeah." Her dad replied. "Bring your kid to work."

"First of all, I'm not a little kid anymore. Second, you're not just making this up to get me to hang out with you, are you?"

"No, of course not! Besides, some of my coworkers have some kids your age. Maybe you can meet a boy. Maybe a nice young pup?~"

"Dad.." Said Citrus.

"Oh yeah, I forgot." Said Robert. "You're a puss chaser."

"DAD!"

"Woah, woah, I meant cats!"

"Ugh.. I don't want to go."

Robert pondered for a moment.

"What if I take you to Arby's on the way home?" He said.

"Deal."
