Man Scout 2 (MajiRyu)

Scouted Once Again

This is plainly based on my imagination after I have played the substory. I wanted to see Kiryu working in the banana bar, but got extremely disappointed when they said it closed down due to debt! So I wrote it myself! HAHAHAHAHAHA! HERE WE GO!!!

"But man, if you would have been on our stage, it would have been raining cash every night. It's a shame." The man sighed in disappointment.

"Well, can't do much if the bar's gone." Kiryu shook his head, sharing the same feelings as the man.

"Yep. I'm sorry to have caused trouble for you, Kiryu-san. If we ever get an opportunity to work together, I'd love to."

"Heh. I'll think about it."

"All right then, I should get going." The man bowed 90 degrees towards Kiryu and, turned and left.

Kiryu's eyes followed the man as he left, with an unreadable expression.

Majima, who was hiding behind the bushes near them, saw and heard everything. He already knew about Kiryu being scouted, but not the bar being closed down due to debt. He was ecstatic when he heard Kiryu accept the scout's request, thinking that he might have a new way to surprise Kiryu again. Though now that his plans were ruined due to the closing down of the bar, he still got tons of ideas to get Kiryu to fight him. But he still couldn't help feeling frustrated. Why is that? He doesn't know.

He continued to hide in his current spot, pondering what his next move should be. Then... EUREKA! He snapped his fingers but quickly looked around shortly after, afraid that his hiding spot might have been exposed. However, Kiryu was already nowhere to be seen. He sighed in relief and quickly took out his phone.

-Two days later-

*Ring ring*

Hm? Kiryu heard his phone ringing. He took it out to see who was calling him and the screen showed the name "Sasakuza". Oh right, this was the man who scouted him a few days ago and they have exchanged numbers. He accepted the call, and;

"Hello?"

"Hello? Is this Kiryu-san?"

"Yes, speaking."

"Ah! Kiryu-san, do you remember me? I'm Sasakuza, from the banana bar."

"Yes, I do. What's the matter?"

"Thank goodness... Ah, right! The thing is, I would like to request you for something."

"What is it?"

"Would you like to try and work at a banana bar again?"

"What? I thought the bar was closed down."

"Yes, it was. But now, it's back up again! Our new boss was kind enough to clear our debts in exchange for us to continue our business!"

"Oh, really? That's good."

"Yep! So... erm, would you like to join us, once again?"

"..." Kiryu has already gotten over his curiosity, but now another opportunity has been presented right in front of him, it was hard to say no.

"...okay." "Ah! You don't have to force your-"

"Eh?" Sasakuza was unsure whether he heard it correctly since they spoke at the same time, so he tried to confirm. "R-really?"

"Yeah."

Now that Sasakuza has gotten a clear positive response from Kiryu, he felt super excited. The bar is definitely going to rain cash! He cried internally.

"All right! I will contact you again once the preparation has been done. Thank you again, Kiryu-san!"

"No problem." And with that, Kiryu waited for the other side to hang up before smiling lightly and continuing his current duties.
