Life had been whirling passed Minji without remorse. She was entirely busy with the comeback and everything seemed to be placed on a speed round of things until the actual dates had arrived. Everything about the entire album had felt right, and she finally felt comfortable with everything.

The only thing that she wasn't too fond of, was the fact that she couldn't spend any time with Youngeun. She had barely seen her since she had debuted and really didn't know what to do. The younger would send her a multitude of messages about her day and how she really disliked some of the staff from events. Minji would give her little words of encouragement, allowing her to feel somewhat at ease with everything.

Everything seemed to be moving at such a fast pace for both girls that it was hard. Youngeun would try and call, but Minji would always decline, saying she was completely exhausted from schedules and practices.

"How's Youngie?" Bora asked.

"She's good. She wants to meet up." Minji sighed.

"Why aren't you excited about that?" The younger frowned.

"I'm so tired. We've been going non-stop for a bit... I really just want to sleep." She frowned. "I don't want to sit there and let her think I'm bored of her because I'm tired."

"I'm sure she's not going to care," Bora muttered. "My mom is tired all the time and I don't care." She shrugged.

"Plus... I don't want to explain to anyone why I'm headed out." Minji frowned.

"Then... Maybe it's time to tell the kids... Make them swear that they can't tell anyone." She whispered.

"That puts them all at risk." Minji snapped quickly, looking at the younger from the couch.

"Puts who at risk?" Yoohyeon's voice startled both girls, causing Minji to look at Bora with worry. "Does someone else have covid that we've been near?" She frowned.

"No," Bora answered. "Call a meeting. Tell them." Bora muttered.

It had taken a bit for all the girls to get into the living room. Once they were there, each of them listened to Minji as she spoke, all of them entirely confused about everything until she finally got to the point. Everyone was shocked but accepted everything since no one could change anything.

"Well...?" Minji whispered.

"It's a lot..." Siyeon sighed.

"Not to be the bad guy... But if this got out... It could ruin us." Yubin whispered. "The company wouldn't be able to do that much damage control..." She frowned.

"We've finally got an award and this... This would take it away wouldn't it..." Gahyeon frowned.

"It's not like she's a little kid telling the world," Siyeon spoke. "She's older... And an idol herself. The kid isn't going to jeopardize her own career... Right?" She turned to Minji, watching her nod her head.

"Youngeun... Isn't that type of person from what I've seen." Minji whispered. "She's a smart kid and she just wants to get to know me. But I'm having trouble adjusting. I don't really know what to do."

"What are the good things then?" Yoohyeon asked.

"I get to form a relationship with my daughter," Minji whispered.

"Unnie... This is going to sound brash, and really rude, but why do you have this problem?" Yubin whispered.

Minji looked down at the floor, hating herself even more now. She hated how Youngeun came to be, but it happened and she couldn't lie to her members.
