Athena
The rest of out time at the burrow flew by so fast I barely even realized. It seemed like the World Cup happened, and within hours we were getting ready to get on the Hogwarts Express. As we huddled on platform 9 and 3/4 I hugged Molly goodbye. I watched as the rest of her family repeated my actions, and saw Fred climb aboard. I got on behind him? reaching for his hand. He entered the compartment, hand in hand with me. He released my pal from his, and sat down. He opened his arms, as if to tell me to sit on his lap. I looked around, making sure nobody could see us. When I noticed no other bodies, I did so. I laid my head on his shoulder and closed my eyes.
"Did you not get enough sleep last night?" He asked and I just shook my head. He took hold of my hand again.
"Your bed is awfully small and hard to fit two people in." I told him and ran my thumb over his knuckles. As I sat, I felt my mind drift in and out of consciousness. I was tired enough it wasn't taking much for me to fall asleep.
"True." I heard him murmur. He kissed my head, and we stayed silent. We didn't hear any more noise until the rest of our group joined us.
"My beloved friends! How are you!" Lee burst in with George in tow. His tone was loud and hurt my head.
"Lee, shut the hell up, mate." I told him, burying my face further in Fred's neck. It was too early in the morning for his bubbly personality.
"I missed you too." He said, placing a hand over his heart with a smile. I opened one eye and peeked over at him, giving him a scowl.
"If you're going to be loud, don't do it here." I complained. He stuck his tongue out at me.
"That's rude." He complained.
"You're rude." I fought back.
"But I didn't do anything!" He shot at me.
"You were too loud, that's something." I mumbled.
"Fred?" Lee asked kindly.
"Yes?" He answered.
"What's wrong with your girlfriend?" Lee joked, giving a grin.
"The world may never know." He answered and I rolled my eyes.
"You prat." I said to Fred, frowning.
"Isn't she just adorable when she's angry?" Fred asked the other two, kissing my cheek. I swatted him away.
"I will hit you." I informed them all.
"Lovely. You got a good one, mate." George said, sitting down with a ghost of a laugh on his lips.
"I agree." Lee and Fred said at the same time. Fred cast a questioning glance to Lee and he gave him a shrug.
"I'm just being honest." Lee explained. Fred didn't reply.
"Do you guys ever shut up?" I yelled at them, getting off of Fred's lap. He gave a frown as I moved away.
"Feisty," Fred started. "I like it." He smiled, cheering himself up with a joke.
"I'll see you guys at Hogwarts." I said, walking out of the compartment. I was too tired to listen to them bicker back and fourth. They knew what I was like when I didn't sleep well. Instead of sitting and being angry at them, I travelled to the compartment that held Harry, Hermione and Ron. It would be much more tame and quiet in there.
I sighed and stepped in, my body was ready to go back to bed. "Hey Athena," Ron smiled. I nodded in a return greeting. "You okay?"
"Yeah, just tired. Those bloody idiots wouldn't shut up. Mind if I stay here?" I asked.
