Footsteps echoed through the halls, eyes were pointed at the girl walking in the middle - books in her arms - when the whispering started. L/N Y/N, the teachers pet, everyone in this school knew her. I admit this isn't one of the high schools you read about all the time - where everyone somehow knows the others personal life - no. It's just an ordinary school, but three people in particular were know. As I just said, L/N Y/N known as the teachers pet, then there is Kim Seungmin he is known as the fuck boy, despite his cute looks his body count is without a doubt the highest out of everyone in this school. Last but not least we have Yang Jeongin, he is the class clown- or prankster? He is known to make jokes about anything and everything, he will come up with a joke about the most random things, just normal funny stuff - but the next second he starts joking about eating disorders, depression and self harm - he might not be mentally stable. That's what most of the school just figured, they didn't bother asking if something is wrong, they simply didn't care. You see even though there are some people the whole school knows, no one actually gives a fuck about them - they're just human too after all.

I might have lied about the first sentence, because no one was looking at the girl. She skipped through the crowded halls, running zig zag to avoid throwing anyone - as well as herself - over. Unfortunately her plan didn't go that well as she felt her head colliding with someone's back, taking both of them to the ground. "Fuck!" The girl let out, clearly not wanting to fall over. She tried to catch herself but failed miserably, what can i say? She can't hold her balance that well. Letting out a gasp the stranger she crashed into hit the ground, causing them - and her - to groan in pain. The both had landed just about beside each other, with just an inch they would've ended up on top of another - but that would be too much of a cliché. Not only that, but wouldn't it be weird to land on someone's back? Yeah, thats what i thought. -Not that it wouldn't be if you landed on their chest.

Y/N found her way back up again, after a few sharp breaths she took. The stranger - that turned out to be a boy - had gotten up as well and threw a teasing facial expression her way. Upon seeing his face you would know he was about to leave a remark, a joke if you wanna call it that. "That's unlike you Y/N noona~ Running into people like that." You might or might not have figured out already, but that in fact was Jeongin talking. The girl was originally going to apologize, but her manners seemed to have vanished upon realizing who she had run into. The younger couldn't hold in a chuckle, her face looks so funny when she's annoyed! His words, not mine.

The two teenagers had seen and talked to each other a few times already, not enough that they could say they're friends or even known though. They simply ..knew.. each other. "Just go away already." You could firmly read her face, she wasn't having it. Crouching down Y/N picked up the books - and random papers she doodled on - that had scaddered on the ground, before people would step on them. She wasn't a big fan of being unorganised, hence she immediately sorted the books and put them in the right order. History first, then mathematics and lastly science - the doodles were loosely in one of her hands. This was the order of the different periods she has today, no idea why the books need to be sorted though - they're only three. "Why so mean? I wanna spend some quality time with you." Jeongin knew the older was not in the mood, but he still decided to tease her a bit - not wanting the conversation with his crush to end. And boys be boys the only thing he could possibly think of was annoying her.

"Why? We aren't friends." If Y/N would've known how damn hard that hit Jeongin, maybe she wouldn't have said it, but in this alternative universe she did. The boys smile faded - he was truely hurt - the girl he liked for over a year now just straight up said they weren't friends. Jeongin had hoped there was at least something going on between them, something would've been enough for him, but strangers doesn't sound that great. "Aww, I thought we had something special!" Quickly covering up his sadness the younger took a step closer to Y/N, covering his sadness with the usual jokes and teasing - just like how he's been talking this whole time. You couldn't tell a difference. Taking a step back from the boy - that was a bit too close - Y/N bowed slightly and then rushed away, trying to get to class way too early again.

She had a mad lot of respect - normally - but Jeongin? Yeah no, she didn't need to behave in front of him. The Aquarius doesn't ever show any form of respect himself, so why should Y/N? She's older than him anyway, it doesn't really matter. It's not like Jeongin would care.

The girl sat at her desk - already in class - and the boy was on the bathroom floor in tears, this hurt him way more then it should have. At first Jeongin was more than positive that it was only a small crush - and would go away in the blink of an eye - but now, a year and two months later he doesn't think like that anymore. With no doubt is Y/N one of the, if not the prettiest girl he has ever seen. More importantly it wasn't just her looks that drew him in, Jeongin has seen her talking to her friends - hanging out - and Y/N's personality was gold. Although she should try to be a bit more careful with her words, at least towards those people she doesn't enjoy talking to, because the situation Jeongin was in right now was almost entirely her fault.

My quiet sobs echoed through the small bathroom as the tears didn't seem to stop. I really hoped she would give me a chance..I should try harder. This is pathetic- i am pathetic. It's true, I am no where near okay with what I'm doing right now - I need to step up my game. What if i gave her something? As a sorry for always messing with her? Would that even make a difference? My mind was surprisingly quiet as no idea popped up in my head - unfortunately. I would have never thought I'd say it's unfortunate that my head is empty, but here we are. Flowers? Girls love flowers- maybe not.. she doesn't seem like someone who would like flowers from strangers.

A final tear slipped down my face, I just want her to see me as something else then a- ..a literal no one. Even though I was already tired, exhausted, drowsy, sleepy, drained - you get the idea - the school day had yet to start.
