Sans had been wandering around the underground trying to clear his head. He and Papyrus had been in a pretty bad argument earlier, it got heated so Sans had decided to walk it out. It felt like he was walking forever so he decided to go back. It had been a few hours and Papyrus would have turned the whole place upside down (more than it already was) trying to look for his brother. Sans started to head back when he realized he had no idea where he was. He walked in the direction that would hopefully get him home. It had already gotten dark and he could see the- wait. How could this be possible? He could see the moon. HE COULD SEE THE MOON??? He paused for a moment and tried to process what was happening when all of a sudden he fell through a hole. He was falling for what felt like forever until he hit the ground.
"OUCH!!" sans yelped as he sat on the ground. He looked around only to see a nonfamiliar grassland. He was no longer in the underworld. He was somewhere grassy. Instead of freaking out, he tried looking around, hoping to find someone that could help him. While he was walking around mindlessly, he found some very... odd people to say the least. H-hey at least there are people here... he thought to himself. Maybe they're friendly...? Hopefully. He started walking towards them.
"Hey, there fellas, do you guys happen to know-"
He paused before finishing the sentence. The strange people had turned around and he was faced with odd-looking things. Before he could let out another word, the things attacked him and he made a run for it! Not very in character for him, but what else could he do in this mysterious world!
"HELP IS THERE ANYONE THERE AHHHH," he yelled while running around the grasslands trying to get away from the creatures pursuing him.
"Hey! Leave that uhh... WHAT THE FUCK?"
Another voice! Thank god! He turned around to see a blue-haired man behind him, fighting the creatures. He had defeated them when he turned around. He had the bluest eye Sans had ever seen before, even brighter than his own. He had an eyepatch on so he could only see one, though it made him much more mysterious and handsome. He had a tall stature, much taller than Sans.
"Thanks, man, saved my life, but by the way do you happen to-"
"What the fuck are you? A skeleton? Huh, quite... curious..."
"Huh, oh yeah haha I'm a skeleton. Now, could you tell me about this place, I don't know what the fuck happened but it seems I was somehow teleported into this world."
"Huh, how fascinating. Before that, shouldn't we introduce ourselves first? I'm Kaeya and I'm a knight and protector of Mondstadt. This place is Starfall Valley. We're pretty close to Mondstadt which is where all the civilians live. Now, what's your name and where are you from?"
"I see...my name is sans and I'm from a place called Snowdin. It's in the underground."
"Hmm alright, well hello Sans. How about we go to Mondstat? It's not like you know where else to go or anything about this place. What do you say? I could teach you everything you need to know."
"Well, you are right about that. Fuck it, why not. We're going to Mondstadt."
