When Terzo died, Nihil blamed Copia, and neglected the young Cardinal, forcing Copia to take care of himself at a young age. Once Copia turned 18, Nihil would force Copia to do things Terzo did (when he was much older), and would yell at the Cardinal for messing up. Due to that, Copia developed a fear of messing up and not doing something, so he forced himself to overwork every single day.
