Staffs need to be aware: Basically, service quality is an essential need of our customers for us. We should pay attention, respond and listen to customer needs to the maximum extent. Customers always want what is supposed to be the best, so employees must always be ready when customers have requested.

Monitor staff's dealings with customers: After each service experience, to ensure the customer's feelings and the quality of the service, each customer will have a quality assessment by the staff. Customers can freely comment on employees, praise or criticize them so that managers and superiors understand more about employees and easily monitor their attitudes.
