Confession

"You should know Josh that I'm a liar. I don't hate you... I-I...love you," I whispered. Josh's eyes widened slightly and a small smile flit across his features. I blushed and looked down.

"Do you really mean it?" Josh asked hopefully. With my head still down I gave slight nod. Josh slightly placed his fingers under my chin and pushed my head up to look at him. All my tears had dried except for one at the corner of my eye. He lifted up his thumb and brushed away the tear sweeping my back from my face in the process. Then he brought both his arms around me with his hands resting on my lower back.

"Do really believe me when I say I didin't mean it? I don't think you do..."

"Josh, I-"

"So I'll just have to prove it," he finished and with that he leaned down and kissed me. It was like fireworks had been lit off or someone set off a nuke (in a good way ;P ). To my disappointment he pulled away. Josh must have noticed the small frown on my face because he frowned also.

"You still don't believe me?"

"No it's not that. I believe you but you just-I can't tell you!" I blushed realizing what I had almost said. He smirked and raised an eyebrow.

"Oh I understand now. You're disappointed because I pulled away to quickly."

"Wha...b-but how did you know?" I stuttered. Josh smirked even wider and laughed slightly.

"I didn't but now I do," he answered. I mentally facepalmed as my face turned more red. "You're cute when you blush that I just can't resist it," he kissed me again and immediately I responded. We didn't hear someone approach the room.

"Josh, did you find her... oh I see you did," John said. We jumped apart to see John in the doorframe. Josh's face turned slight pink opposite to mine which was sure to be bright red.

"Guys they're in here!" John yelled. The others came running in and he turned back to us. "Care to explain what you two were doing?" Josh and I both started speaking at once.

"Well you see...she was crying...I apologized but-"

"I was crying...he brought me in...then I confessed and he-"

"Whoa whoa whoa, one at a time and start at the beginning,"Zach interrupted. I took a deep breath and started to explain before Josh could.

"Well I ran outside and sunk to the ground in the middle of the driveway. I accidently set a tree on fire-What!-It's okay the firemen are taking care of it. Josh came out and picked me up bridal style. I was too weak to struggle so he was able to bring me into the living room. Then he was saying things like he didn't mean it and to not hate him. Then I said that I was a lier and I didn't hate him. That actually I...um...well I..."

"Spit it out" Andrew ordered.

"IsaidthatIlovehimandthenhedidn'tbelievethatIbelievedhimandhekissedmeandJohnwalkedinonus,"I said quickly. I blushed slightly and looked up at them breathlessly.

"What the heck did you just say?"Zack asked.

"She said that she loved Josh and they made up. Then he kissed her,"Mattew explained raising his eyebrows at us. I blushed harder and hid my face behind my hair. Suddenly I felt an arm wrap around my waist an I was yanked against Josh. I looked up at him to see him smile down at me.

"Liz, will you do me the pleasure of being my girlfriend?"he asked. I got on my tippy toes and pecked his lips giving him the answer. He smiled again before glaring at this others daring them to challenge him.

"Anyone got a problem with this?"he growled.

"Dude Josh heck no. We've been waiting for this since that first night. It's always been obvious that you liked her,"Andrew said.

"Yeah the whole reason we went to the amusement was to get you guys together on the Ferris wheel. We were gonna have it stop at the top and everything,"John revealed.

"Oh...I thought you guys were gonna be jerks about it,"Josh said sheepishly running a hand through his hair. I was about to laugh went I felt agonizing pain. It was like ice was spreading throughout my entire body. The last time this happened was when I cut my hand making pancakes but I too worried about Josh to do anything about it. My vision was covered in spots and I felt myself sink through Josh's grasp.

"Liz..."I heard Josh's voice but it was as if from a distance as an echo. The last thing I saw was his face before I blacked out completely.
