Josh didn't end up telling Millie about the rabbit incident.
One look at how happy she was the same morning the rabbit tried to break in, he couldn't bring himself to tell her and make her panic. That would go against the entire point of them being at this camp, which he wasn't too fond of now.
Currently he was the one driving away from the camp. The sun was setting and they were still in a more wooded area. Trees were still very common. Glancing to the passenger seat where Millie was, he only saw her vaguely purple hair covering her facial features. In her hands was a little teddy bear thing. It was...incredibly beat up in a purposeful way.
They had only found it earlier that morning when on a hike. The sun was out, casting strange shadows through the leaves of the trees. It was just after breakfast. Josh was uncomfortable the whole time during breakfast. Ralpho, that giant orange rabbit, was staring at him from the corner that whole time. He remembered that empty smile and soulless stare.
But by the time they were walking at the bottom of the famous Jumpers Cliff, he had forgotten all about that. Mainly because Jumpers Cliff was a very popular spot for suicidal people. Some of the jagged stones at the bottom of the cliff still had some dried blood here and there.
Most of the time Josh's attention had been on Millie. Only purple and black clothing, which is something he liked about her. That morning, and now, she wore an oversized purple hoodie and some black leggings. A more common outfit with her, along with her black boots she had for some reason.
Her smile before they found the bear was also something he could still see vividly.
"Why do you think its all beat up? Looks burned...maybe a little crushed, and obviously slashed with a knife or some other sharp object." Millie said while fiddling with the bear.
Josh snapped out of that quick memory. And he answered her question without looking at her, keeping his eyes on the road. "I don't have a single idea. But maybe something to do with that speaker on its upper chest area?"
"Probably...shame it was ripped up and all that."
Most of the drive was in silence. Until they couldn't take the silence anymore. They just had to make each other laugh and just goofed off. Nothing could've ruined their time together.

Millie sat in her room, just smiling to herself as she went over what happened this past week. She couldn't stop smiling. Just having a whole week of her and Josh made her feel complete. Or that could really be an over exaggeration of things...or not.
Looking around her room, she realized how dirty it was. Clothes all over, random objects all around. So with a sigh, she rolled off her bed and got to her feet to begin cleaning. Cleaning wasn't something she liked to do, but it was something she had to do. It kept her mind clear.
After a bit of organizing, she left for the kitchen to actually eat something. She kinda skipped lunch, and it was around five in the evening already. She wasn't really paying attention to her surroundings. Probably not the best idea, but she made it work. She was just on her phone most of the time, since simple pasta required a lot of waiting.
Half an hour later she was just sitting on the couch and eating. No one could tell her she couldn't do that in her own apartment....not that anyone was ever around to tell her that in her younger years. Luckily tv kept her distracted from thinking about her past. It was something she never liked to talk about.
Even with the noise from the tv, she could still hear her bedroom door opening. A distinct squeaking sound. It made her freeze on the spot, staring at the hallway her bedroom was in. But she figured she was safe on the couch. So she curled up there and kept eating her noodles, while staring at the hallway.
It seemed like eternity until something happened. She nearly dropped everything in her hands once she saw that Freddy doll they found walk into view. It was a slow walk. She didn't understand it, so she was afraid of it.
Those playful blue eyes stared right at her, one of them broken and looking at the ground. Her hat was lopsided, and one of her ears was literally hanging on by a thread. The speaker on her chest was broken, breaking in parts. Speaking of her chest, she strangely had breasts about the size of baseballs. Reasonable for her being only three feet tall.
That empty smile of the bear freaked Millie out now. Her bottom half was in equal proportion to her top half, although it was just as beat up. Her chest was purposely cut open multiple times, her stuffing spilling out along with some wires. Bits of her body were charred and black, other areas only slightly black. Someone did that to her purposely, and Millie didn't know whether she should be afraid of what it could've done to make someone do that or not.
After a good while of staring, she jumped at the sound of her phone getting a message. And of course she dropped the bowl in her hands. She groaned in annoyance and quickly reached for her phone, glancing at the bear real fast.
   Hadn't move an inch.
She just stared at her phone in relief. All it was was just a message saying she was hired. Recently she applied for a job at a toy store in a mall. She really didn't like the sound of it, but it paid well. So it was good enough.
Then her mind went right to the bear still standing there, still staring right at her. Knowing she had to sleep with that thing in her home was horrifying to her. Due to her encounter with that pink and white bear not too long ago, she's had a fear of bears.
At first she wasn't afraid of this one, since it didn't do anything. But now that it was moving and standing on its own, her fear came back. She cleaned up her mess quickly and sloppily. Refusing to make eye contact with the bear, she ran right past it and into her room, slamming the door shut behind her.
She locked the door just for the extra security to her own room. Walking to her bed, she slowly sat down on the edge of it with her phone in her hands. Staring at her reflection in her phone screen, she wasn't sure if she was ready for her job tomorrow. Being surrounded by all those toys...
"No. Not scaring myself. They won't be alive." She told herself with confidence and a shaky voice.
After getting a shower, changing and brushing her teeth, she just got in bed and stared at the ceiling. The only light now was coming through her window that had curtains over it. Getting to sleep was hard for her for a few reasons. Her thoughts always kept her up. This time, it was one thought in particular. That thought was of the Freddy doll standing outside her bedroom door, waiting for the right time to enter. She might've been cute before she was all mangled up, but not anymore. Only horrific.
