chapter 18: no distractions!

     "wassup! I'm done cleaning up in that room...can i help you...again."

     "UGH! fine" i snarled.

     It turns out when I left the room he followed me into the gym using "can i help you" as an excuse just to talk me even though I'm trying not to have any distractions.

     "hey, Lacie i know your trying to ignore me...but please, i really need to talk to you." he pleaded.

     "I'm not trying to have any distractions so could you tell me another time...when I'm cool with you."

     "no Lacie I need to tell you now! there could be no 'when your cool with me' because you might not ever forgive me...so now is the time."

     "OK! what is it."

     "...I miss you and i was wondering if you could come back to the house its been really lonely...also my mom still hasn't come back so i think she will be gone for another week or two."

     I looked down and started to laugh at what he just said. "you're serious?"

     "yes and I'm hoping you can forgive m-"

     "no."

     "what? why?"

     "do you know how it feels to be kicked out multiple times by people that you thought loved you...do you know how it feels to not have anyone other than CC by your side." 

     Jason sighed staring at the ground almost looking like he was about to cry.

     He shook his head "no...no I don't."

     "yeah...I didn't think so...leave me alone Jason."

     I got my cleaning supplies and started to walk away until i heard him say. "i have one more thing to do before you leave me forever."

     he runs up to me and kisses me pulling me closer to his chest. I wanted to stop so bad but it felt so good.

     "Ja-Jason st-sto-" I couldn't even get my words out from how flustered I was. He was actually a pretty good kisser...I mean i haven't been kissed by anyone before until now so I guess I can't say that...but i still think he is.

     I push him away and laughed "I never thought you...Jason Island, would come back running to me out of all people...I personally thought it was gonna be the other way around!"

     "I know right."

     "what?"

"anyways...Yes, I know that I've said some unforgivable things towards you but i hope that one day we can be cool again."

     I smiled from how happy he made me feel. I started forgetting about the plan and started thinking about going to live with Jason again.  it was the best feeling I had in a long time.

     "Jason...the truth is I wanted to come back for a while but i thought you didn't want me there even though you said you would give me one more chance."

     "I hope that you come back...will you come back?"

     "I would love to..."

     "that's great lets g-"

     "but...it can't be right now it has to be later or some other time. I have things to do...to Kelly."

     Jason's smile turned into a soft frown and said "I thought you would stop this feud with Kelly...c'mon Lacie why don't you put this thing to rest."

      I laughed "I am...by putting her shit to rest...she is not getting away this time."

     Jason got frustrated with me. "C'mon Kelly you could be with me at home right now..."

     I sighed "I'm sorry Jason...but no one is getting in the way with this plan."

    As I was walking out of the school I get a call from Chelsie.

     "lacie! lacie! I lost everything! its all gone please lacie don't be mad!"

     "what...the...FUUUUUUUUUUUUCK!"
