I got out of bed early that morning and went about my normal routine before heading to the bathroom. After changing into a short-sleeved shirt, black ripped pants, and white shoes, I left the restroom. I applied some foundation to give myself just a natural look and turned to see Dean already dressed and spritzing cologne in the mirror.

Dean had on blue jeans, white sneakers, and a casual blue dress shirt. He spent some time examining himself in the mirror. With a smile on his face, he turned to face me.

"You look beautiful Bri!" he says while looking into my brown eyes.

"Thank you, Dean! You look good as well! How about we go to the store today?" I asked curiously.

"Sure I wouldn't mind going to the store, we need some groceries for at least another week, and it gets us something to do before going to the party." He said in agreement.

We both moved toward the door and stepped outside the hotel's glass doors. We managed to flag down a cab and gave the driver the way to the grocery store. We reached the grocery in thirty minutes. I gave the taxi driver the required amount, and we then entered the busy, congested store.

Dean gets a shopping cart, I walked along beside him as we made our way to the aisles. "Hmm, we need some breakfast foods..." I leaned on my tiptoes trying to reach for a Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal box, but the box was too high on the shelf for me to reach.

"I can get it for you." Dean reached for the cereal box and slowly handed it down to me. I thanked him before we continue shopping for some more groceries. We made it towards the produce aisle, I grabbed some strawberries, bananas, watermelon, and some other fruits.

"I love to make smoothies my favorite is a strawberry and banana smoothie it's so delicious!" I said while looking into his crystal blue eyes. He looked down into mine, as we grew silent around each other for a moment.

"Hmm... I haven't had a strawberry and banana smoothie before, you'll have to show me how to make one." He suggested while pushing the shopping cart.

My jaw dropped as I was surprised, "Of course, I'll show you Dean it's honestly so good, I highly recommend it!"

"How do you feel about the party tonight?" He asked curiously while he puts some items in the shopping cart.

"I'm excited for tonight it's going to be so much fun hanging out with Marina!" I said responding to him.

We returned to the hotel room after a few hours of shopping, and as I quickly changed into a red lace dress, I entered the room. I then created a lovely bun out of my wavy black hair. I added another scent spray. When Dean complimented me, I returned the smile and said "thank you." We parted ways and went our separate ways to the bachelorette and bachelor's parties as we both proceeded to two separate taxis. I made eye contact with Dean as I said goodbye to him.

I gave the taxi driver the address of the place I needed to go to in an hour. Then I thanked them and paid the driver. As I moved closer to the lovely sandy beach, Marina came sprinting my way with her straight black hair and brown eyes. She was dressed in a stunning black floral dress with sunflowers on it. It was a breezy sunny day in Hawaii, making it the ideal day for a party, and her black hair was blowing in the wind.

"Oh my gosh, I'm so glad you made it Bri! How is everything going with you and Dean?" she asked curiously as she slowly pulls away from the hug.

"Everything is going good so far with me and Dean, and I think I'm starting to have feelings for him Marina, but I don't think he feels the same way about me..." I said then I let out a heavy sigh.

"I knew it!" she said pumping her fist in the air with excitement. "Have you seen the way Dean looks at you, I mean he can't keep his eyes off of you, he's obviously into you Bri," Marina said with confidence in her voice.

"I'm not so sure Marina... maybe but I just don't think that he feels the same way about me..." I responded to her.

"Let me show you to the tables, I can tell you're a bit stressed so we can talk about this later.." she suggested with a smile.

As I followed her to the tables, I nodded. The napkins had the phrase "Marina's Bachelorette Party" imprinted on them, and the tables were covered with white tablecloths. Besides, the napkins were utensils that would be used for tonight's party celebration. Every table had a bouquet of daisies, dandelions, water lilies, and other flowers in more vibrant colors, and the entire setup was exquisitely decorated.

There was a group at each table, and I joined them when I sat down at one of the tables. They each greeted me with a warm smile and an introduction after Marina introduced me.

I looked over to my right to see a DJ booth that was set up, there was a woman with long black wavy hair and green eyes. She stood behind the booth, she used the DJ software to put on a song that was all too familiar to me and Marina. I waited for the DJ to announce the song that she was playing for us.

"Welcome everyone my name is DJ Malia! How is everyone doing this evening?" she asked.

The crowd shouted back, "We are doing great!"

"What did you say? I can't hear you!" she shouted as she looked over at the crowd.

The crowd yelled again with the same response but this time even louder than they did before.

"That's more like it! Let's get the party started with some throwback jams, now playing the Cupid Shuffle!"

Everyone got out of their seats and started dancing, and as I was having fun with Marina, I felt a rush of excitement. When we were dancing together, it brought back memories of how, whenever we had sleepovers, we would have mini dance parties and karaoke sessions. We became friends over singing and dancing because we had similar interests.

The song eventually came to an end, it was starting to get dark as the sunset started to go down.
