I looked outside of the airplane window, the stars were lighting up the dimly night sky. I looked over at Dean as he leaned up against his seat with his head laying back on the headrest. We both made direct eye contact with each other, and just for a moment, there was complete silence between us.

I decided to say something like, "I can't wait to get to Hawaii I'm so excited!" I said while looking over into Dean's blue eyes. He gave me a soft smile, "Yeah this trip is going to be great, I honestly can't wait! I'm curious though, what made you choose me to go with you?" He asked in curiosity.

"Well... I realized that we only see each other at the cafe, so I thought that asking you to go on this trip with me would let me get to know you more outside of the cafe, you know?"

Dean nodded his head as he understood, "I understand, I'm glad you asked me to go Bri this would be my first time going to Hawaii." I listened to him as he spoke, I could tell that he was excited as his eyes would light up and he would show his pearly white teeth as he spoke.

I was lost in my thoughts, "Ellie?..." I heard a voice call out my name, "Ellie is everything okay?" I heard the voice again then I noticed that Dean was calling my name. "Sorry, I was just thinking about Hawaii, but I haven't been to Hawaii either so I'm excited as well..." Dean could tell she was feeling a bit embarrassed, "It's okay Ellie, I'm glad we get to spend this time together."

He rubbed his eyes then he let out a bit of a yawn. "Me too," I said, I then started to yawn soon afterward. "I guess we are both exhausted." He said in a drowsy voice. I leaned over on his shoulder without realizing it, I could feel my eyes starting to get heavy then my eyes suddenly closed.

Dean looked over his shoulder, and he saw that Brielle had drifted off to sleep. He saw how beautiful she was, he gently placed her curly black hair behind her ear away from her face. He love that her personality captivated her beauty. He was glad to have Brielle in his life, she always seemed to put a smile on his face, and he felt less stressed from coming up with ideas for his novel. He suddenly felt his eyes start to close as he then too started to fall asleep.

A couple of hours had gone by, I squinted my eyes as I woke up to see the sunlight shining through the airplane window. I lifted my head, noticing that I had lied down on Dean's shoulder. He was still asleep with his head still laid back on the headrest. I looked at him for a few minutes, he was calmly sleeping.

I then looked out the window at the fluffy white clouds drifting in the blue sky. I've always thought that Dean was a good guy, he seemed to always take care of others before taking care of himself. He was someone that I knew I could count on and trust always.

"Attention Passengers this is Maia your captain speaking, we are getting ready to land, please have your seatbelts fastened, thank you." Dean suddenly woke up to the sound coming from the intercom, he rubbed his eyes as he still didn't feel fully awake. "Bri..." He said in a drowsy voice. "Yes, Dean?" I said curiously facing him. "Are we about to land...?" He asked.

"Yes, we are landing soon.." I replied. Dean nodded, and he runs his hands through his dark brown hair. Dean laid his head back onto his headrest, "Marina and her fiancé will be waiting for us at baggage claim once we arrive." Dean replied, "That's good to know because I still feel exhausted." "Once, we get to the hotel you should be able to sleep some more."

"Attention Passengers we are now landing please remain seated, and please have those seatbelts fastened." I looked up to see the fasten seatbelts warning sign light up, the airplane landed on the runway with strong force. The airplane started to slow down, it made its way to the gate and then made a complete stop.

We waited for the captain to make her announcement, "Passengers we have made it to the beautiful country of Honolulu, Hawaii the temperature is beautiful today with a high temperature of 90 degrees! Thank you for choosing Graceland Airlines! We hope to see you again!"

Everyone started to head out of the plane as the airplane entrance had open up, we started to walk towards the exit. We walked out of the airplane, then we made it inside the airport. We walked towards the baggage claim, there were crowds of people moving from all directions.

I watched the surroundings while walking close to Dean again, I felt a strong force bump my shoulder. "Hey, watch where you're going!" A man yelled. He was an older man who had a scruffy long black beard, he had narrowed his black eyebrows at me in an angry expression.

Dean stopped in his footsteps and turned around, "There's no need to be rude, she didn't mean to bump your shoulder." He crossed his arms while saying this with frustration. "Tell your boyfriend to watch his mouth." The man said angrily.

I gently tapped on Dean's shoulder, "Dean... Let's go there's no need to fight it isn't worth it." He looked down at me and then over at the man. Dean took a deep breath deciding to keep his composure.

Dean turned back around, and I did the same as I walked closely beside Dean, ignoring the man. "The nerve of that guy..." Dean said under his breath. I didn't even respond to the man because I knew that was exactly what he wanted was a reaction, and I wasn't going to give it to him.

We eventually made it to baggage claim, Dean was able to spot our luggage, and grab the two suitcases. I looked at my surroundings until I spotted a woman with black hair and dark brown eyes, waving her arms at me with excitement, "Brielle over here!"' She ran over to me with excitement. "Brielle you look so Beautiful!" She said hugging me tightly. "It's so good to see you, Marina, you look gorgeous!" I hugged her back.

After a few minutes, she let go, "This must be Dean!" She shook his hand while smiling at him. "This is my fiancé Warren." He stood right beside Marina, He had a dark brown skin complexion, and he had short dark Afro-textured hair and dark brown eyes. They both wore matching couples outfits with their names on them, the outfits were black and the bold print was white which made it stay out.

"Nice to meet you Warren!" I greeted him with a smile. "It's great to finally meet you both," Dean said making eye contact with them both. "I'm glad to see you guys here. Marina was so excited for y'all to come to our wedding," Warren said with his brown eyes. "Are you guys ready to go?" She asked. "Yep let's go I'm ready for Hawaii!" I said with excitement. Dean nodded his head, "Yep I'm ready to go."
