(prb.) I'll be bonely without you.
𑁍࿐ྂ"There, see brother," Papyrus smiles as soon as he watches Sans managed to swallow the two pills down his throat, laying on Papyru's lap.
It was a everyday thing now; to take
his medications and sleep. It was so repetitive that Sans preferred it if he was dead, instead. He had to stop going to Grillbys for his pun loving fans, which he absolutely felt terrible about and was constantly ensuring them how much he loves and appreciates them."You should head to bed brother," Papyrus pulls himself from San's embrace, laying him down on the pillow before he sat on the side of the bed, giving him a huge smile, "You have an appointment tomorrow, right?"
Sans nods, turning his body over so that his back was facing Papyrus, "But I don't wanna go pap, ya know I'd be bonely without yeah."
"Brother stop it with your ridiculous Puns, it's literally your first appointment. They'll have to check what's happening to you and prescribe you the medication," Papyrus responds, throwing a soft toy towards his head lightly, "Don't be a sore loser brother. You should be great as the great Papyrus and go. Goodnight, Sans."
Then, like every other night, Sans stares at the ceiling above him, having random thoughts scramble across his head. It would always lead back to the same thing-overthinking.
"Do I really have to pap?" Sans asked as soon as Papyrus stood up, making him look down to where Sans was laying before he nods his head, "Yes Sans. And you'll be okay. I the great Papyrus will be with you, alright?" He answers, not breaking his gaze.
"Okay paps," Sans gulps, "I trust ya bro."
"Of course you do." Papyrus smiles and turned away from San's intriguing gaze, walking out of the room. He mulls over his response and watched the door slowly shuts by itself before he was engulfed in darkness, the only lights source coming from the lamp on the table and the window beside his bed.
The next morning came by very quickly for Papyrus who was already prepping breakfast in the kitchen. When he went up to wake Sans, he found him still asleep, as usual, snoring lightly as he sleeps. He grins a little before shaking his arms lightly, watching as Sans slowly flutter his eye sockets open, grinning lazily as soon as he saw his little baby bones.
"Wake up brother. I made breakfast spaghetti," He smiles, "And you said you didn't want to go to your appointment, right?" Sans nods his head, "I take it upon myself to call them to reschedule and they offered tomorrow instead. Will that be ok with you?"
Sans smiles, yet even though he never wanted any of those stupid medications they were going to provide but seeing his little baby bones put even the slightest effort in making him feel better, he just nods his head, "That sounds better pap." He stood on his feet and headed towards the shower, hoping to make it quick just so he could eat breakfast with Papyrus, in case he decides to eat without him.
When he was done, he puts on a white t-shirt along with a black sports shorts before throwing on his blue hoodie and a pair of soft pink slippers. Making his way down the stairs, where Papyrus seemed to be waiting for him in the living room.
His face lights up as soon as he saw Sans approaching him, tossing the puzzle manual to the side before patting on the couch so Sans could sit next to him.
"Oh, ya made spaghetti, again pap." Sans smiles lazily, 'I hope this doesn't give me food poisoning like last time he made it.' He thought while laughing, he took the first mouthful of spaghetti, praying he'd should have used a little ketchup. Before his none-existing eyebrows narrowed and he nods his head. "Paps looks like ya out done yourself, this is pretty good bro!"
Papyru's shoulder dropped and he lets out a sigh of relief, "That's good to hear brother, Undyne and I changed up the recipe, and I was kinda worried."
"Have ya eaten yet paps?"
"Uh, yeah. I ate earlier. Had to make an appointment for you, remember? Also, I didn't think you'd like the breakfast spaghetti that much so I gave you less," Papyrus says, "Sorry."
"Nah bro It's fine, ya know I'll eat anything you make." Sans speaks, mouthful, "Ya don't have to cook every morning, ya know paps?"
"Why's that?"
"You'd just be overworking yourself, I wouldn't want the great Papyrus overworking himself. I don't mind having ketchup over Grillbys every morning."
"No, it's just something small, an ketchup isn't really good for your health Sans. I'm always gonna take care of you brother. Not a big deal for the great Papyrus."
"Really?"
"Yes of course brother."
"So ya won't abandon me, Paps?"
Papyrus nods his head and move closer to Sans, throwing an arm around his shoulders, hugging him towards his chest bone. Instead of pushing him away playfully like he always did, he found himself closing his eye sockets, hugging him back tighter.
"I promise you the great Papyrus will never leave you." Papyrus says before pulling away.
"Hehe ya da best bro, love ya."
"Of course," Papyrus smiles, taking the empty plates off San's hands, "you'll get used to this."
