I was pacing back and forth contemplating on what I was going to say to JRoc. I didn't want this. It wasn't suppose to be like this. The front door flung open and JRoc and his crew flooded in.
Get that nigga on the phone! Tell him to kill both of them! And to make sure he make that little pussy nigga suffer. JRoc says.
I didn't want to bother him while he was angry because I knew if I did, it would be consequences like the other times.
I waited until he calmed down to talk.
What happened? I asked him
He takes a pull of his blunt and puffs it into my face.
The fuck you mean what happen. He asks me.
I mean what happen at the gas station. I ask with my voice shaky.
He takes another pull of the blunt and gives me another puff to the face.
O so you heard about that. He ask while smiling.
Yea, I did it was all over the news. I say
Hm. He says while getting up.
You know, that night at your party I didn't know who she was all I know was she was just a thot for the night. Me and my niggas passing her around like a merry go round. And my nigga Maxwell was tearing it up. So for him to betray ME like that for a bitch...hm. JRoc says while laughing.
He walks over to his black bag and pulls out his gun.
You see this. He says while pointing it at me.
When niggas betray me, BANG. He says while motioning a gun firing off
My heart was racing. It felt as if it was about to burst out of my chest.
His phone began to light up and he walks over to answer it.
So are they at the crib yet. He asks.
He begins to smile with joy.
OK I'm on my way. I just have to make a few stops. Make sure they dont leave and Leave the bitch for me. I wouldn't mind getting another taste. He says just before leaving the house.
I got up and went into the back room and sat in the quiet pitch black darkness.
What have I done. I have sentenced my friends for a death sentence.
I got up and turned the light on and reached in to the top drawer.
I pulled out a yellow bandanna. Wrapped inside was a gun.
I got this gun last week to protect myself.
I knew it would come a time when I was going to have to use it.
I admired it. It was heavy but I could handle it.
I put the gun in the back of my pants and pulled my shirt down over it.
The cold steel pierced my back.
I opened the room door and walked out to the living room.
I walked towards the door..
Aye,where you going? One of JRoc lapdogs asks.
Out! I say
I walk out the door and into my car.
I pull out the driveway and head down the street.
I had a lot of thoughts rushing through my head but I knew it was the right thing.
I pulled up to the house and I got out the car.
I stood there for a minute with the gun in hand.
I walked up to the front steps and grabbed the spare key from under the mat.
I opened the front door and there was no one in sight.
I heard voices upstairs and I heard them in the kitchen too.
I hid behind the sofa as he headed up stairs. He had his phone to his ear talking to someone.
Just as he was heading up stairs I spotted a gun in his hand.
I took a deep breath and ran up behind him and just as he hit the 5th step, I pulled the trigger.
I heard the footsteps come from the room upstairs.
I took off outside and ran to the car. I started the car up and sped off into the night.
I knew one thing and one thing only...THIS WAR WILL END!!
