Chapter 12

Camille's POV

Not to long after Jasen walked through the door and greeted me and the kids did the police barge in and throw him to the ground and cuff him. My kids were screaming and I was just in a state of shock I always knew this day would come but not so soon. I grabbed my kids and pushed them into the man cave so they wouldn't see this happen to their daddy. Tears began rushing down my face as they placed him in the car and he mouthed to me "I'm sorry". I just broke down right there , why couldn't he just give the damn game up now I have to explain this shit to my children. I never imagined myself raising ten kids alone. Having eight and pregnant with two my emotions were all over the place. I called Chance Grant a friend of Jasen's who just so happened to be a defense attorney. He said he'd hop on it as quick as he possibly could. Chance's baby momma Justice was my little sister as well so we were kinda close knitted. I told the kids to step out of the room go back their bags cause we were leaving. Now that Jasen's gone Caleb may try something and I refuse to put my babies in harms way. I called Justice's phone and she normally picks up on the first ring but today she didn't. I tried calling her again and she picked up sounding sleepy and shit

*Phone Convo*

Me: J get up

Justice 💕 : I can't Mill

Me: I need your help can me and the kids come by you and Chance's place

Justice 💕: Chance and I aren't together anymore but you know you're welcome to bring them here i'll text you my address

Me: Ok

*End of Convo*

I wonder why they broke up , hmm probably something crazy but I piled the kids up in our tahoe and waited for J to send the address and when she did I put it in my GPS and headed her way. I pulled up to the two story nice ass town house and I texted J saying we were outside. Some dude came and answered the door I couldn't really tell who he was but I knew he looked familiar. The kids walked in behind me and I didn't see J anywhere.

"Where's J ?", I asked

"Upstairs", He said smirking

Well I knew what they were doing when I called.

"Ya'll can go sleep in Mari's room and your momma can have the guest room", He said

We all nodded and they ran off.

"Owwe momma he has the new ninja turtles game", Jase yelled

"Don't break anything", I yelled back

"J's in that room straight back", He said

I walked into the room and my poor baby J looked wore out.

"Hey big head", I said sitting on the edge of the bed

"Wassup sis", She said

"They arrested him J now I don't know what I'm gonna do", I said breaking down

"Its gonna be ok Mill come here", She said pulling me into a hug

"I hope so J", I croaked

"What happened with you and Chance ?", I asked

"Girl long story short he called me a bitch and kicked me out now he's with my sister Kyla", She said

"Them damn Kyla's ain't no fucking good", I said making us both laugh

"So who's that young man downstairs ?", I asked her

"That's Kameron you remember him , that's Mari's father he just recently resurfaced and we made up", She said blushed out

"Awe I'm happy for you , and where is my nephew anyways", I asked

"With my momma thank God", She said making me laugh

"Well my BeBe's kids are downstairs probably driving Kameron crazy", I said

"He's probably enjoying it he loves kids", She said

"Thanks for this Justice , I know we just found out that we're sisters but you've been here for me like through it all", I told her

"That's what family's for", She said hugging me tighter

I couldn't help but think about Jasen and how he was holding up in there lord please send my man home was all I could pray.
