Chapter 50

I went through my closet, I only had a few clothes. The rest of my closet was packed in my moving boxes.

I grabbed a white cropped tank top, off white sweater, shorts w/ my brown belt, and brown sandals.

I did a messy cute bun.

I looked for my makeup bag and applied concealer, mascara, and bronzer.

I did my eyebrows, I checked up in the mirror and my eyebrows and eyelashes were on point.

I grabbed my iPhone, Vs backpack, and binder.

I drove to school.

Lunch

I walked out the classroom, waiting for Isaac who had his class right next door.

"Hey" he said walking over me and smiling.

"Wassup?" I smiled back.

"Nothing, just walking with this pretty girl" he told me poking my cheek.

"Aww thanks! No big deal" I said sarcastically.

"You're so cute" he replied.

"I get that a lot. No I'm kidding haha" I chuckled

"You really do though, you got Sam, Jack, Me.." I cut him.

"You?"

He froze "what?"

"I don't know, I'm-nothing" I ignored it.

He looked relieved "ok"

"Hey let's get food, I'm kind of hungry" I spoke up again.

He nodded and we began walking to the huddle.

We waited in line talking.

Suddenly I saw Sam with Nate and another girl.

He got my attention. Isaac was talking to me about something, I was too busy looking at Sam behind Isaac.

It looked like he was flirting with her.

Just then he wrapped his arms around her neck and walked outside.

"Yo Maya?" I heard Isaac completely knock me out of my thoughts.

"Huh? Sorry" I told him giving him my all attention.

"You okay?" He asked

"Yeah, I'm sorry what were you saying?"

"How we'll be able to spend more time together again during the summer"

"Oh, yeah I know I'm excited" I told him

"I thought you were sad" he replied

"Well yeah, but I figured if I'm gonna have to be there I might as well make it my best. Especially with my bestest best friend"

He smiled. "I'm glad you feel like that now"

I nodded, pulling my bangs behind my ear.

It was our turn up next in line.

"Hot Cheetos and pizza" I told the lady

She nodded and looked back at Isaac.

"Hot Cheetos, pizza, and a naked"

She nodded again and went to grab the food. She came back with our food and Isaac and I walked back outside to some benches.

We sat there eating our food. We decided to leave for a walk after 15 minutes.
