He's Gone

"Eun ji.... Please.." Taehyung gently pushed her away before looking away from her.

"Why? Why are you still pushing me away? D-Don't you love me?" Her eyes held tears as she glazed at him.

Taehyung heaved a deep sigh. "I do love you... But it's not this way... I want you to be my good friend."

"Friend? You want to be my friend? Then what about the I want to marry you?" Taehyung let out a frustrated sigh as his eyes closed momentarily.

"I was drunk at that time. I didn't mean any of my words back then. Eun- ji... I'm a person who can't have a life....I don't deserve the love anymore. So please..." Eun ji let out a sarcastic laugh as a tear escaped her eyes.

"Do you still think that he would come back to you? Is that why you are avoiding me? Taehyung stop daydreaming already! It's been months! He's not coming back. why can't you just move on and get a life?" Taehyung's head  swiftly turned to her side, frowning at her in disbelief.

"Taehyung, I'm sorry if I hurt you... But please understand my feelings. I've been waiting for you to tell me that you love me. But... You just..." Taehyung's little laugh had her mouth shut.

"Eun ji, love doesn't work like that. It's true I loved you once as my everything even though I knew you are not the one I needed. It's you who chased me back then so I wanted to give a try...because I was hopeless and I longed for something which would break me free from the loneliness I felt. " Eun ji's eyes were wide as she listened his words which surprised her.

Taehyung saw the look on her face. Lifting his hand, he gently caressed her face. " You were a precious gift for me back then.. you still are but... I don't deserve you." Taehyung head hung low as the words left his lips, afraid to see the look on her face.

"You know what? Your words only makes me want to love you more. Don't worry, I'll wait for you until you change your mind and I will make sure you will come back to me." The brunet only chuckled as  eun-ji clinged onto him.

"You should find someone who will cherish you baby." Taehyung spoke as he rocked their body's side to side.

"I already found him but he's just in denial right now. Watch me, I'll get him back soon!" Taehyung let out a laugh as Eun ji whispered in his ear.

"I'm afraid you can't?" A scoff escaped her lips at taehyung's blunt words.

"Shut up, don't argue with me. Now let's talk about our trip." Taehyung's brows furrowed in confusion.

"Trip? What trip?"

"Do you think I don't know about anything? You're living with me Kim taehyung, I know you are planning to visit your parents this weekend. I saw the tickets." Eun ji whispered the last words and Taehyung's smile disappeared from his face.

"I'm not visiting them." His tone was a bit off which had her turn around and look at his blank eyes.

"Who are you going to visit then?" Taehyung didn't answer, instead he turned around and smiled at her.

"Someone who's very close to me." Eun-ji's face covered in confusion.

"Who's that?" Taehyung only smiled, patting her head.

"Don't think too much. Now let's go home I'm exhausted, I need a good sleep." Eun ji whined at his answers before slapping his chest.

"Take me with you. I wanna go with you!" Stomping her feet, she started clinging onto his shoulders.

"When I get enough money I'll take you with me."

"Promise?" Pouting at the brunet, eun-ji waited for his answer.
