Loki let the tears form in her eyes. Her mouth gaped as if she was going to gasp, but no sound came out. She threw her hand over her mouth.

Something sent a chill up her spine. No, it wasn't the dead body in front of her.

Should we forgive her...?

No.

We have to. She didn't mean it.

I said no.

You aren't who you used to be. I think you're a little sick in the head. After that day you became corrupted, didn't you?!

Silence.

Loki shook her head, running her fingers through Jess's black hair. She stared down at her green eyes. The life had drained from them.

"Why...?" Loki whispered. She thought back to Jess's last words.

Tell Sara that I love her. Tell Melody that I hate myself for killing Chelsea. And tell everyone... That it was me. I confess.

Loki stood up. Tears started to pour from her eyes. She wiped them away as she glanced at the two dead bodies.

She shook her head as she backed up against the wall. She looked down at her hands.

For a split second, she imagined the man and Jess's blood all over them. Loki snapped out of it.

She felt absolutely horrible. She felt like a heartless murderer who had just murdered several innocent people and only now was thinking back on their actions.

She shouldn't have come here. She should've let him kill her.

"No... No, no, NO!" She mumbled.

These couldn't be her emotions alone, could they...?

She threw her hair into a ponytail quickly and snatched up the black fingerless gloves, sliding them on.

She looked at herself in the cracked mirror.

For a split second she saw her younger self instead. She sighed, remembering when she was young and innocent.

But then she remembered when things changed. When everyday was miserable, so they took her in.

She shook her head, snapping out of it, and then turned and ran out the door.
