Supreme Raphael: like most storm generation beys this bey is permanent low mode. The burst stopper has been modified to be longer at high speeds and go back into the layer the more it slows down. The halo has been modified to have 4 blades on each side and not 3, it has has some metal put into it for weight. The halo can also be put into locked mode and unlocked mode with locked mode preventing it from going up and unlocked mode alowing it. The layer has also been changed to make it more rounder when the halo goes up.
