Chapter 1

It all started at the first days of highschool,with a simple glance from both of us,our eyes met that day and somehow led into a friendship.

"Um,hi! I'm Houshou Marine! Can i know  your name?"

"It's Y/N L/N"

We are on the same class that day,and we're sitting next to each other,we get to know with each other throughout the first day.

Each days are passed,and we are getting closer than before. We often hang out after school and sometime at the end of the week,walking together at the park,getting sweets together and even take a picture together,just the two of us.

"You know,we should do this more often!"

"I agreed,being with you are fun!"

For me,being with her is really are fun.

One day,we decided to hang out at the Amusement Park. We ride all of the attractions in there,we take a photo together at the booth,have a lunch together and ended with a somehow differents conversation.

"Hey,you're not gonna leave me right?"

That question suddenly come from her,out of nowhere and making me feel akward at the time.

"What do you mean?"

It's afternoon at the park,we were sitting on a bench watching the sun to goes down.

"P-please forget what i just say."

It caught me off guard,she suddenly shed a tear,her head suddenly leaning into my shoulders. I don't know what to did back there,i just simply hugged her and trying to make her feel better.

She ended up sleeping and i wake her up around half six. We didn't talk at all. All she did is giving me the photo we take at the booth with a handwriting of the date of that day,August 7 and next to it are a drawing of heart pierced with an arrow.

The next day,which is Monday everything came back to normal,is like that moment never happened. Till this day,i still remember that Sunday,August 7. Best day ever,at least for me. That picture of us,i placed it at my bedroom wall without me even realizing it.

At the last semester of my junior year,i decided to confessed my feelings to her. Yes,i liked her after the time i spend with her.

It's After School at the Rooftop,i confessed to her that in fact i liked her.

"Marine,i liked you."

Accompanied by silence,the situations are getting tense both for me and Marine that day. At first she thought i was only joking that day,but i conviced her that i'm not.

"S-sorry."

I could see that she is struggling with the word she wanted to said,i thought it was a yes from her but it was an apologize.

She covered her mouth out of nowhere after saying that word,she then run and leave the Rooftop,leaving only me in there.

After that,the situation became akward for both of us. We're getting less closer,it became rare for us to even have a short conversation. Day by day we're slowly being a complete stranger.

Till this day i couldn't figure why she is covering her mouth and run from me. And till this day,i regret my decisions and hated myself for confessing my feelings to her. I destroyed our relationships with only three words,i really hated myself.
