Chapter 2

It's been 1 years since the last time i talk with her,it is odd how quickly you can be a stranger to someone who is close with you.

Avoiding eye contact,that what she always do. Countless time i tried to say hi again to her,but failed. Maybe we can just be friends again,started everything again and we can talk normally again. That's what i thought,while in reality we're just a stranger.

"Ahhh." I sighed in my bedroom,laying at my bed while seeing all the picture Marine and I take,recalling back the moments we had. "I messed up."

I closed my eyes as i take a deep breath, trying my best to forgot my feelings towards her.

I opened my eyes from the sleep i had,i take a glance around looking for my phone to check the time. As i turned on my phone,i realize...that i'm gonna be late!

I quickly rushed towards the bathroom,taking a shower as fast as i could. Only covered in towel i leave the bathroom and toasted a white bread and rushed to my room.

I put on my uniform,then wear my jacket and pack my things. I then leave my bedroom and goes to the kitchen to have a breakfast with the white bread i toasted earlier.

As usual,i sat on the middle row and next to me are Marine's seat.

I never said it before,but after what happened between us,somehow i get approached by a girl. Strange. If i remember,she began approached me right after two weeks of my confession to Marine.

She appear suddenly in my life,a sweet person,caring and gentle and also a friend of Marine. That same girl,are in the same class with me and sitting in front of me,currently paying attention to teacher explanation.

I finally focusing my attention towards the teacher in my class,who is now talking about exam.

"Please focus on studying,in the next 2 weeks there will be a last semester exam. I don't wanted any of you to stay class for the next year." The teacher said in a serious yet worried tone.

The teacher then leaved the class and at the same time lunch break finally here.

"Time sure flies really fast..." I said to myself,remembering how i wasted a year without doing anything.

I get up from my seat and leaved the class wandering around to find a nice place to eat my lunch,alone.

After wandering for about 10 minutes,i found the perfect place for me. The place are calming,there's no one passed by and perfectly silent.

I opened the plastic wrap on my sandwich i buy earlier and began to ate it,bit by bit.

One year ago,i often eat my lunch with her in the classroom. Sometime we taste each other lunch and do some silly things like feeding each other.

"I feel like running away from my problem." I said to myself while smiling.

"You do."

"THE HELL!?" I shocked hearing someone voice in front of me. I hear no footsteps,is like she just teleported here. "Stop scaring me like that,Noel."

"Hehe sorry." She giggles.

That girl who are in front of me are Shirogane Noel,i don't remember since when we know each other but what i know is we're a close friend now.

"How do you even now where i am?" I asked to her.

"I followed you." Noel replied with a straight face,scary. "What are you doing here all alone? Beside eating your lunch."

"I just liked the place." I simply replied.

"Whatever." Noel said. "You know,Marine always talking bout you! Not only to me,but Flare,Rushia and Pekora too! It's hard for us to believe that she is so serious when it come to you."

"Why?" I asked. "Stop lying to me,i know she aren't. We're a stranger now!" I firmly said as i stand up and leaved the place.

I don't need a bullshit like that to make me feel better. Perhaps,she already forgot about what happened between us. Meanwhile,here i am stuck in the past.
