(Song: Camilla Cabello - Crying in the club)

Kataleya

I might just kill him, quite literally. Not only did Londyn give me a raise but he also gave me his Mercedes S-class to make it easier for me to get around the city.

I've come to notice that Londyn is the kind of person that likes to give people gifts and help them for no big reason. First he gives me his shirt, offers to help me find a job, hire's me, raises my salary and now gives me a car? I mean he's kind for that but what if he takes things too far and others start using him?

Crying in the club by Camilla Cabello plays on the radio as I drive through the big city with Kiara singing in the backseat. I've come to actually like the job considering it isn't very emotionally or physically draining and I get paid quite a lot for taking care of one child.

The only big problem is that paparazzi caught us three hanging during the weekend and rumors have quickly spread across Chicago and as well as other places in the US — about me and Londyn being in a relationship. Everyone wants to know my answers to the false statements but I've refused to speak up about it.

Not because I want to drag attention or fame towards myself but because Londyn specifically told me not to speak with them. The newspaper companies also want answers out of Kiara which I think is absolutely absurd. What kind of information could you possibly get out of a five year old?

Just like I expected, numerous cameras and flashes appear in sight as I drive into the outside parking lot. I could already hear the loud shouting from the people which made me suddenly feel nervous. I put on my shades, pulled up my hood and gave Kiara her mini black sunglasses that matched mine to prevent the paparazzi from capturing our whole faces.

"You ready, Ki?" I ask while looking at the little girl through the rearview mirror who had her arms crossed and a cute pout on her lips. A shot of proudness rushes inside me at the view of her hairstyle I managed to do myself. I had zig-zag parted her hairline and tied her hair into two buns with pink ribbons. She looked absolutely adorable.

"Let's show these people who we are!" She sassily says before unbuckling her belt. I get out of the car and instantly, microphones are shoved into my personal space. I ignore them and instead pick Kiara up who hides her face into my neck. I try to keep calm as Kiara covers her ears while we walk past the many people but I instantly snap when I hear the girl screech.

I forcefully push the grown man away from her and then hand her to Londyn's assistant, Kevin before taking off my shades to look at the asshole in front of me.

"Do not ever touch her again! You obviously see that she is uncomfortable with the cameras, shouting and people trying to touch her so why can't you act like a decent human being and back the fuck off!?" I yell, now pointing at him and every other journalist here.

His eyes fill with rage at my words which leads him to step closer to me. My hands ball up into fists ready to punch him if he dares test my patience.

"Everyone kindly leave! You have no right to stay in this area without the owner's approval, which none of you have. I am also sure that Mr. Smith will not react respectfully to you all harassing his daughter and lover. Was I clear enough?" Kevin steps out of the building without Kiara this time and shouts out to everyone as bodyguards lead us away from the mass of people.

Did he just-?

"What did you say that!? I am not his lover! Do you realize what you just did? You have made everyone believe that the rumors are confirmed as true!" I jog behind the tall asian man who takes large strides to what I believe is Londyn's office. He smirks at my complaints which only makes me want to hurt him even more.
