- So what are we gonna do? -

We were all sat around the table in the kitchen, Jisung sitting next to me, Chan right across.

I had been staying at their house for three days now, waiting for the cluster of reporters and fans standing in front of the building to slowly shrink and eventually vanish.

- The managers said that it's good if you are not seen around anymore. Jisung will release a statement to avoid further issues. - Chan said sternly, taking the role of leader very seriously.

We all nodded before Chan spoke again.

- I'm sorry your time here had to end like this. - He sighed, combing his hair with his hand.

I shrugged my shoulders, speaking honestly.

- I'm sorry I created this whole issue in the first place. I think my best option now is to go back home, since the semester is ending in a week anyway... -

Jisung's figure next to me froze.

- W-What do you mean back home? -

- Florence. - I smiled bitterly before looking down at my fidgety hands.

- N-No, not yet. - Jisung's eyes were watery now, his lips forming a cute pout.

- I know, baby, but I needed to leave in two weeks anyway. Anticipating it of one week won't change much, but it will give you the time to fix this whole mess I created. -

He slowly shook his head, the others following suit.

- It's not your fault. It's those people's. If there's one person who hasn't done any wrong in all of this is you. - He slowly caressed my cheek with his thumb, smiling faintly.

I leaned into his touch, like a kitten wanting to be petted. He quickly pecked me on my lips before turning to Chan.

- We need to visit them someday! -

- Who? - Chan asked, not catching up with Jisung's idea.

- Alice and her! - Chan's cheeks visibly turned red as he tried to hide his flustered face behind his hand.

He nodded, clearing his throat and smiling.

- Yeah, let's do it. I want to meet Alice. -

It was late July.

Jisung and I had been planning this trip ever since I left Seoul. Chan and him were coming over, but I had only told Alice that Jisung was coming to visit with a friend.

- Alice, did you buy the snacks? - I asked my best friend as I rummaged through the kitchen cabinets.

- Yeah, in the last cabinet to the right! - She shouted back from the bathroom, where she was getting ready.

She had been in there for almost a hour, repeating that she wanted to look presentable for when Jisung would have come. Little did she know, she was making herself look amazingly pretty for Chan.

I took out the snacks from the cabinet, putting them in some bowls and placing them on the coffee table in the living room.

Alice finally walked out of the bathroom, looking stunning. Her hair gracefully fell back on her shoulders in neat curls, while she was wearing black suit pants and a dark green shirt. The look was simple but classy.

We finished setting everything up, tidying the guest room, where Jisung and "his friend" would have slept, and the living room. Of course, I would have ended up sleeping with Jisung in the guest room and Chan with her, but she didn't know that.
