*DECEMBER 4TH*
Jay's POV-
"Come on baby, it's your birthday," Foxy whined tryin to pull me out of my bed.
"No, I don't wanna do anything," I said in my pillow.
"Come on baby, let's go have some fun."
"I don't wanna have fun, I wanna stay in my bed and sleep." She sighed.
"Fine Jay, if you wanna stay in your bed and think about Beyonk all day then fine. I don't care," and with that, she slammed my door leaving my room.
I ain't trippin tho, she gettin on my last nerve. She doesn't seem to get that one of my best friends is in trouble and I don't know how to save her.
I slowly got out my bed due to the headache Foxy just gave me. I went into the shower and let the cold water hit my body.
The water bill.
It felt good tho. I washed my body in the cold water, scrubbing myself with soap makin sure to get the smell of must off of me.
After that, I lotioned my body and put on a black wife beater and a pair of black sweatpants on.
I walked downstairs to my mom, Nicki, Tierney, and Brooklyn with smiles on their faces and some pancakes in their hands.
"Happy birthday!" They yelled. I smiled and walked over to them hugging them.
"Thank you guys," I took the pancakes.
"Eat!" Tierney said.
"They made them," Nicki winked. I nodded and took a bit out of the pancakes. It was good, except there was some stuff in them.
"This is good, what did yall put in them." Tierney pulled my mom to the kitchen and then they came back with crab seasoning. Nicki started laughing, I shook my head and chuckled.
"It tastes really good, try some Nicki."
"No, I ate something already."
"Eat mommy," Brooklyn said. Nicki glared at me and put a piece of pancake in her mouth. She gagged and then smiled.
"Yummy," now it was my turn to laugh.
"What do you wanna do today Jay?" My mom asked.
"Nothing really, I kinda just wanted to be alone today." She looked at Nicki and then back at me.
"You sure?" I nodded.
"Yea, I need some rest."
"How about I make you your favorite meal and then some cake?"
"Ok, I'll like that." She smiled.
"Let's go, Nicki," and with that, they all left.
––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––"And I'm so sick of love songs
So tired of tears
So done with wishing
You were still here
Said, I'm so sick of love songs
So sad and slow
So why can't I turn off the radio?"
I laid down on my bed waiting for Foxy to come back so I could talk to her.
The broken doorbell rang, I got up and went downstairs. I opened the door thinking it was Foxy but it was Beyoncé. She had no coat on and was shivering, I knew she was cold.
