Toxic: A Rafe Cameron fanfic ( Rafe x reader)

Chapter 2

Y/n's pov:

"Hey Rafe have you seen-" i hear someone says as I wake up. "Y/n" the voice says.

Once I became aware of my surroundings I realized the person who was talking was Sarah.

"What the hell" Sarah says.

I was confused for a second until I realized where I was. In Rafes bed. " Shit" I say sitting up.

" What's happening" rafe asks slowly waking up.

" What's happening is I just walked  in on you sleeping with my best friend" Sarah says almost screaming at Rafe. 

I quickly got up and and of Rafes bed walking over to Sarah. " Sar, calm down. We didn't do anything I promise. You feel asleep last night and I went looking for the bathroom and I accidentally went in here trying to find the bathroom" I say to her putting my hands on her shoulders and looking her staright in the eye.

" And how does that explain you being in my brother bed" she says to me pushing my hands off her shoulders.

" He let me use his bathroom the offered to let me sleep in here because he could see how tired I was" I continue leaving out the smoking and kissing part.

" Is this true" Sarah says looking over my shoulder and at rafe.

" Yes" Rafe says obviously lying just like I am.

" See nothing happened" I say to her hoping she believes me .

" Fine I believe you." Sarah says sighing. "Now come on we have to go get ready For the movies" Sarah says as she walks out.

After Sarah was gone I turned around to look at rafe. " You said she wouldn't get mad" I say to him frantically.

" I know, I'm sorry. I thought she wouldn't." Rafe says.

" It's fine. I have to go now so I can get ready with Sarah  for the movies. I'll see you later" I say getting ready to walk out.

" Wait" Rafe says as he walks towards me. I turned back around once again to look at him. Once rafe got to me he leaned down connecting our lips kissing me. "I'll see you later" Rafe says as he pulls away. I smile at his and then walk away heading to Sarah's room.

Sarah and I have just gotten to the movie theater. We were going to see The King Of Staten Island. We walked into the movies theater getting our tickets then walking over to the food stand to get us some popcorn.

"Can we please have one large popcorn" Sarah says to the cashier. As she was ordering the popcorn I started looking around from where I was and I saw him. Rafe, he was standing at the ticket stand with topper. Rafe didn't notice me at first until him and topper started walking toward the food stand.

"Sarah, your brothers here with topper" I say to her as she grabs the popcorn.

" oh great" she says obviously annoyed. " just the person I wanted to see"

"Sarah, hi babe" topper says as him and rafe walk up to us. " hi Y/n" topper says as he looks at me. I just wave to him as he hugs Sarah.

"Hey" Rafe says to me looking down at me.

" hey" I say back to him nervously. I mean this is the first time I've seen him since this morning.

"You guys here to see a movie?" Topper asks breaking the tension.

"No dumbass there here to adopt a dog, of course their here to watch a movie"  Rafe says. I giggle a little.

" Ok damn Rafe I was just asking a question" topper says putting his arms up in defense.

"Well we're going to head to the movie. Maybe we'll see you guys there" Sarah says. The boy nod their head. Me and Sarah them walk away heading to the theater.

Once we got to the theater we decided to sit in the second to top row. So we sat down and put the popcorn in the middle of us. While watching the beginning credits I notice the boys walking in.

"Oh look" I say pointing to the boys. " looks like their seeing the same movie as us.

" oh cool, let's just pray they don't  come sit with us. This is a girls day. No boys aloud" Sarah says. Thank god they didn't. They sat towards the middle row.

After a couple of minutes of credits the movie had finally started. During the movie every once in a while rafe would turn around to look at me. But why? Do I look bad? Is my hair a mess? It shouldn't be. Maybe I'm just acting crazy.

About half way through the movie me and Sarah ran out of popcorn.

" hey Y/n/n, can you get us more popcorn?" Sarah asks me handing me the bag that used be filled with popcorn but is now just popcorn kernels.

" Sure, I have to go to the bathroom anyways so I get more after I go" I say grabbing the empty bag. I then got up and started walking down the stairs to the door. Once I walked out I found a trash can to put the old popcorn bag in since I'm going to get a new bag. Then I started making my way to the bathroom.

"Y/n!" I hear someone yell from behind me. I turned around to none other then Rafe Cameron.  He was basically running towards me. Once he got to me he pulled me into a passionate kiss.

" God I've missed you" Rafe says looking down at me.

" It's only been a couple hours Rafe your acting likes it's been days" I say to him playfully rolling my eyes.

"Ok and?" He says. "How about we skip the movie and go have some fun?" Rafe says with a smirk and kisses me once again.

" Rafe you know we can't" I say to as i pulls away. I mean we can't just leave Sarah and topper plus they don't know. " Sarah doesn't know remember" I say to him.

" she knows" he says to me. My jaw dropped. How because I didn't tell her. I think I'm gonna cry. " I told her"

"Why?" I say to him. " I thought we weren't gonna tell her because she seemed pretty mad earlier".

" I texted her and told her. She wasn't mad. Just threatened me if I broke your heart." He says chuckling at the last part.

" you wouldn't would you?" I ask looking up at him. God he has pretty eyes.

"Never" he says to me grabbing my cheek kissing me once again.

" I have to go get popcorn for me and Sarah. I'll see you later" I say to him as I pull away. I then walked away getting the popcorn and going back to the theater watching the rest of the movie

After the movie me and Sarah met the boys outside.
"So I was thinking we go to the party at the boneyard later supposedly starts on like two hours" topper says.

" Sure, me and Y/n will go. Are you going Rafe?" Sarah says.

"Yeah I'm going" he says looking at me and not at Sarah trying to signal something that I somehow cannot figure out.

"Good we'll see you guys there. Bye now" Sarah says as she grabs my arm dragging me to the car.

Great now I have a party to go to.
