Eren's POV:

I shot up from the ground, had I been sleeping? Rubbing my eyes to see clearly, I saw someone. "Y/n?.." I asked, finally being able to see clearly. "Good morning, did you sleep well?" she asked me with a smile. "Yeah, um, can I..ask you something Y/n?" I said, playing with my fingers. Her smile faded and she nodded. She's beautiful. He (e/c) eyes. He (h/c) hair. She was perfect.

"I um..didn't make you uncomfortable yesterday, right? When you were..on my lap?" I asked nervously, avoiding eye contact. "Oh, not at all Eren! Even if we don't know each other as much considering how long we've lived with each other, I still consider you as a friend! It was..actually pretty comfortable if im being honest.." She thought it was comfortable? Im glad she isn't uncomfortable about it at least. I couldn't help but feel as if my heart were doing cartwheels.

"Okay, I'm glad."

Your POV:

God, I feel so guilty now. We have barely known each other for a while, and I'm already in love with him? God Y/n. Pull your shit together. "Come on, Armin and Mikasa are getting food." I said extending my hand for the boy to grab it. He smiled at me before taking my hand, and walking outside, still not letting go of my hand.

Oh god, what is this feeling? Am I really..in love with him? Snap out of it Y/n! Eren's sudden yell knocked me out of my thoughts. "Mikasa! Armin!" He yelled waving at the two. "Y/n, are you feeling alright? You look really red..Do you have a fever?!" Mikasa asked me. "I..I am?.." I really didn't know it was that obvious.

"Do you feel sick?" Asked Mikasa, placing her hand on my forehead to see if I had a fever. "Yeah, I feel fine." I said with a small smile. She can't know. No one can. Especially not Eren. "Wait.." she said, looking at Eren's and my hand. Oh no. "Eren, can I borrow Y/n for a bit?" Mikasa asked handing the food she had in her arms to Armin. "Huh? Oh, yeah." He said shooting me a smile before letting go of my hand.

"Come on Y/n." Said Mikasa taking me somewhere far from the two clueless boys. "Do you actually?" Don't tell me she knows. Please. "Do I what?" I asked trying to act as dumbfounded as I could. Mikasa knew right I away I knew what she was talking about. Before letting out a sigh, I spoke, "Yes.. I think I do." I said looking down at my shoes.

After a minute of silence, I heard a squeal from my sister. "Shh! Why're you squealing?!" I asked covering her mouth. Jeez, I really shouldn't have told her. "I knew it. Ever since you first met, you were always so..how should I say this? Ummm..different! Yes, you've been different around him. You'd always pay attention to what he was saying, even if it was boring."

Woah. She really does know, and probably has known. "Jeez..is it that obvious?.." I asked, embarrassed at the thought of it being that obvious. She lightly nodded and I mentally screamed. Gosh, I really need to get better at this. "Alright well..let's head back now, they might be worried." I said grabbing Mikasa's hand and going back where Armin and Eren were.

"What'd you guys talk about?" asked Eren. "Oh, it was nothing." You said, sitting down on the floor next to Eren. "Hm..alright." He said before smiling and holding on to your hand once more. "Wait, did you guys eat already?" asked Mikasa with disbelief in her voice. "Maybe?.." Armin said quietly. I chuckled a bit at the fear in his voice. Eren started at me, which made me overthink.

"You're laugh..." Oh god, he's gonna say it's ugly isn't he? "It's beautiful." My eyes widened at the sudden compliment, pink blush forming on my cheeks. "T-thank you.." I said smiling.

"Anytime."
