Stalked

Chapter 3

I gasped as I felt the stick start to slide out of my hands. I tightened my grip and spun around.

"Whoa, whoa I'm not gonna hurt you." The man said.

"This coming from the man who smacked me across the face!" I blurted out with sass. I closed my eyes and swung the stick, aiming for his head. Instead of feeling the force of the stick hitting the man, I felt the stick being quickly pried out of my hands. A moment later I heard the stick drop to the ground. I opened my eyes to see the man staring at me. I backed up slowly as I started to turn around. I stood motionless after a moment just holding the mans stare. I turned and tried running back toward my house but a strong grip on my wrist stopped me from getting anywhere. I was jerked back into the mans chest, my back pressed against his front. He wrapped his arms around my waist, constricting any movement.

"Why don't we get to know each other." He whispered into my ear. "At my place." He added before he turned me around to face him. I still couldn't see his face. I stood and tried to see under the darkness of his hood. He looked away and pulled me towards the neighbors property and took a turn towards the road. He pulled me towards a black Range Rover and opened the door. I stood for a moment thinking about if I should turn around and run. I decided if I tried to run he would just catch me again and force me into the truck.

I hesitantly stepped up into the car as he slammed the door. He jogged around the front of the car and got into the drivers seat. He started the car and looked at me.

"Buckle up." He demanded. I slowly reached for the grey seatbelt and pulled it across my chest. As soon as I buckled he sped off the side of the road where he was parked and raced down the pavement of the road. I grabbed onto the sides of my seat as he turned onto another road, speeding up even more. He's going to kill me before I even get to his stupid house. Why does this have to happen to me? Of all the people in the world that could be in this situation, it just had to be me.

He slammed on his breaks trying to slow us down. My head violently jerked forward with the sudden decrease in speed.

"Ouch!" I shouted whilst I held head. He just smirked and let out a chuckle.

"Sorry babe, I had to. We're at my place now." He said turning the car off. He stared at me before reaching out to touch my cheek. I pulled back to prevent him from touching me. He had a smirk plastered on his face as he got out and jogged around the car to open my door. I hopped down and put as much space between me and him as possible. He started walking towards me and with each step he took towards me I took a step back. He stood still after he was just steps in front of me. He looked at me and had his infamous smirk played on his lips.

I stood motionless, holding his gaze. He leaped towards me and I tried stepping back but he caught my forearm. He picked me up and slung me over his shoulder as he walked towards his house. I pounded my fists as hard as I could onto his back in protest to his actions. He kicked the door open and put me down in a dark room before slamming the door shut. The room was pitch black so I couldn't see a thing. I gasped as I felt hands wrap around my waist from behind. I felt around on the wall until I brushed across what I was hoping was a light switch. I flipped it up and to my luck it was a light switch. I spun around as quickly as possible. I took in my surroundings. The house wasn't too big but it was surprisingly neat. I slowly and cautiously walked down a short hall.

I felt a hand clasp onto my arm and jerk me into another dark room. I screamed as I tried to turn around. A light was turned on, temporarily disorienting me. The man took this as an advantage to push me down. I let out a yelp before realizing I had landed on a soft surface. I sat up and saw I was on a bed. I saw the man as he sat down on the bed near me. I tried to scoot away but was stopped by a strong arm on my waist pulling me closer.
