At first he thought it was weird and annoying because he didn't understand it,but after time he grew fond of it and made it a habit on accident of always having you by his side.
So now if you aren't clinging to him like a lost puppy he thinks you're mad at him or something.

He wasn't used to this, so he thought you wanted something from him, so he locked you in the basement thinking that it would go away,but once he came back after 6 hours , he saw you crying and begging him not to leave.
Let's just say, he is always next to you holding your hand.

The pair expected some form of fighting back, yet when y/n was chill with them and just wanted to be near at least one of them they were happy, stu was over the moon with joy, billy was still skeptical but after time came to terms with it.

He had been your therapist so he already knew, and by your sessions you became attached to him, so once he kidnapped you he made sure he was with you at all times, and once you stop clinging to him thinking you are too much he already had a habit of expecting you to be near him because of his huge fucking god complex.
