0. prologue - hulks

I recommend that you read this prologue carefully before you start Chapter 1 for a better understanding of the story.

It is not easy for people around the world to identify with this new phenomenon. It's as if all those comic books and horror movies about some apocalypse have become reality.

In already a whole year, everything has been demolished and infected. The number of people in the world has decreased dramatically. Out of 7 billion, only a few thousand have been proven. There are certain groups that other people don't want to know about.

Everything is empty. There is not even a little sun in the areas of South and North America. Europe and most of Asia are also suffering. It is forbidden to enter Australia because of the small communal population and because of the riskiness of ships. Africa is the only solution. Well not all of Africa, just natural areas.

The only continent with healthy food, healthy animals, and a smaller number of hulks. Hulks are
infected people with the EO-3 virus.

An incurable virus, EO-3, has taken over the world. Once you're bitten by the Hulk, there's no going back. It can potentially be prevented by cutting off the bitten arm or leg.

The first time the first Hulk appeared was on October 6, 2006. The man's name was Ted and he had two sons. After 2 months of the dominance of the EO-3 virus, half of the earth's population died of severe torment and diseases of the liver and stomach. But Ted was "wise" and decided to make the world even worse without him even realizing it.

He got sick that day. He had a high fever and his skin started to crack. Because of all the sadness, he decided to kill his son. To roast him in the oven while the other son watched hopelessly.

He said to his untouched son "My dear son, I am doing this for the benefit of all people and you. Someone has to sacrifice themselves."

In that medicine recipe of his, Ted inserted a dog's jaw. Namely, he said that he heard that dog bones contain a large number of proteins that could give energy to sick people and remove the virus.

Even though he didn't want to, he made the situation worse.

A group of police officers talked to a son who could not stop his sick father. They were shocked when they heard about Ted's disappearance. This is what he said.

"I can't describe it. I was tired and I went to sleep. I woke up. I saw it. I was staring at 'his' white eyes as they were staring at me back. He had a weird smile. A dog or cat's teeth, I'm not sure. He walked, not very well. I felt a big stench through my nostrils and my ears. I thought maybe I was dreaming. It was making some very strange and scary noises. The only way I knew it was my father was the clothes he was wearing that night."

The police wanted to continue investigating, but the boy did not want a deeper story. Shortly after this incident, a large number around the world reported being bitten by some creatures. Everything falls and collapses. The walls began to take on fungus and deadly spores as the wooden materials damped and fell off.

Soon a new virus called EO-3 was discovered.
A complete discovery for which the only solution was death. People have already given up on the fact that this virus is incurable.

No one knows why these creepy creatures with grey/brown/purple skin, white eyes, and dog teeth are called hulks. That's what the Western Americans called them from the very beginning and then passed it on to others. After 15 years, the hulks do not give peace.
